The message we bring at this time is one of hope. So many of you are frustrated and struggle with issues of daily living. It is imperative that you understand dear ones, that these difficulties represent graduations and not failures. Certain energies accumulated from lifetime to lifetime are stored within the cellular memory of your physical bodies and also within the emotional and mental bodies. Every individual stores and carries until cleared, their personal energies of inheritance, vows, promises, and all powerful life experiences (some good and some very bad) along with a cellular remembrance of the individuals involved in these experiences.

You are now spiritually strong enough to release any energies that serve only to hold you in what is old and finished and this also includes the resolution of any karmic situations needing to be finished. These energies were stored and carried through lifetimes because you were not yet evolved enough to acknowledge and resolve them in ways that would enable you to clear them.

There are layers to those pockets of energy that resulted from intense life experiences (physical, emotional, or mental) which have been held deep within because you chose not to re-live or even think about some of these experiences again.

It often happens that the serious student believes that through his hard inner work an issue has been dealt with and finished. This is usually something that has plagued him throughout his lifetime; a particular person, or fear, or addiction, or emotional reaction--and then, low and behold there it is again saying; "Hello, I'm back".

Never believe that this indicates failure or that the work was not done correctly, for the reappearance of an issue needing to be cleared simply means that you have now reached a deeper level of it. When this happens, re-examine any concepts that you may of been previously unaware of and again move into truth. As each new layer presents itself, it will open you to new levels awareness regarding your own state of consciousness. Ask; "What am I believing that is making me feel this way?"

Try not to give power for good or bad to any issues, people, or experiences you may be struggling with for these things have only the power you give them which is why they were stored within you in the first place. The old and finished three dimensional energies of duality and separation can not be carried with you into the higher frequencies of Light and will act as blocks until removed.

For this particular lifetime because of importance of the shift going on, evolved souls incarnated bringing a complete list of any issues they needed to clear. Many chose pre-birth, to be born into family situations that would activate whatever was needing to be moved beyond. Example; Many raised in abusive family situations, specifically chose these families (pre-birth) in order to activate a long held consciousness of low self esteem. This way they could once and for all release this concept of self and grow the realization of who and what they really are. Frequently also, there is a karmic situation that needs to be completed.

With regard to karmic relationships--if you find yourself in a situation where you recognize that an ever present discord must be karmic but the other individual is not interested in any resolution, you can release and complete it yourself. 1. Recognize the person's Divine Nature even if they are not the lease bit interested themselves. 2. Remove energetic cords still attaching you to that person through your intent and visualization. 3. Send them Light and Love whenever you think of them. 4. Do NOT engage...this will perpetuate that which you are trying to clear.

In earlier lifetimes, souls incarnated with a short list, choosing perhaps one issue to deal with and move beyond. Often the struggles of simply staying alive prevented any progress and a goal may of been in place for several lifetimes. Because of the powerful energy shift now taking place on earth, incarnating souls realized that they would need to address any issues holding them in frequencies that were old and finished and this is why so many seem to be having very difficult life experiences.

You are evolved enough to do what you came to do or you would not have chosen to do it. Never believe that you are a failure even if third dimensional concepts say you are. No indeed, pat yourselves on the back dear ones, for you are powerful and evolved Beings of Light now able to see through appearances and hold to the truth while doing what you need to do. Never forget, all lessons were pre-planned by you as you realized what was needed in your experience in order to grow and evolve.

Arcturian Group now wishes to speak to abundance. Abundance is an issue that confuses many as you suffer from the appearances of lack and limitation. Within Oneness exists all that is...all the qualities of a Divine omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscient Source are within you also. This is the point of this journey all have been on through hundreds of lifetimes...to finally evolve into a state of consciousness that realizes this truth. Source knows nothing of lack or limitation, IT is Self sustained and Self maintained...infinitely. The idea of lack is a concept born of the belief in duality (pairs of opposites) and separation. Everything embodied within Divine consciousness is held in place by Divine law. If lack or limitation were within Divine consciousness, they would be forever unchangeable. Realizing this is the first step to changing the outer appearances.

Each time you pay a bill, take a second to realize that since Source is complete and lacks nothing, this check or money simply represents a material manifestation of this. When you believe abundance to be limited and personal so that everything spent depletes you, you are declaring money to be yours--finite, and limited (duality and separation). Realize that abundance is flowing through you, not from you. This may seem silly as you look at your empty wallet, but the practice of these truths is the only way to move into a deeper understanding of the infinite abundance which is already yours by virtue of your Oneness with Source.

Start the flow moving...give away unused clothes or items, donate time, drop a coin in the bottle even if it a penny...get the flow of love (service or goods) and gratitude (payment) moving. Always there must be the flow. You are creators dear ones and you are creating with every thought and word (eg. I don't have...) that flows out from your state of consciousness. Just as the journey is about learning Oneness, it is also about learning just what is embodied within that Oneness. Start applying truth to every financial transaction you make, blessing each payment by knowing that it flows from an Infinite and unlimited Source.

Take whatever human footsteps may be necessary in your particular situation, but let your first step always be a remembrance of the truth of your Infinite Source. Choose not to wholeheartedly embrace the constant barrage of three dimensional news about lack and limitation.

You are at a turning point, one in which you must decide who your master is to be and whom you will serve--truth or the three dimensional concepts being presented to you from all sides by an un-awakened world? Be very honest with yourselves dear ones, for you are now at a point of either moving forward, or staying in the old. The choice is as always, yours.

Greetings to all. We observe Light on Gaia increasing each day, and bringing with it a new world wide awareness of issues and problems that the majority were heretofore unable or unwilling to see. Appearances would say that the world is getting worse, but what you are witnessing is the Light now shining into the dark places and bringing to the forefront all that needs to be addressed in new and higher ways.

Many governments are starting to understand that the old self serving ways of doing business are no longer working. Many "leaders" choosing to resist any change, and will eventually find themselves in one way or another removed. All, from world leaders to so called "common folk" who insist upon holding tight to energies that are finished will begin to experience difficulties because the new energies do not nor cannot support anything held in place only through belief and concepts. Go within dear ones, and honestly examine what concepts and beliefs you may still be rigidly holding on to.

We wish to speak of compassion--a topic often confused with sympathy or the ignorant enabling of another. Compassion is a facet of love and is the ability to see another's pain and suffering without entering in to it. This often means (especially with families and friends) offering assistance of some sort when intuitively guided. However, in compassion one NEVER ENTERS INTO THE ENERGY FIELD OF THE OTHER, that is sympathy.

When an individual spiritually evolves, his energy field begins to radiate ever more light and others are drawn to this energy. Each and every soul is seeking to experience the completeness of their true nature but are only able interpret this inner yearning within the bounds of their attained state of consciousness. Thus you have spiritually immature souls forever seeking that which is within, in the without. They seek completeness through wearing the "right" clothes, being beautiful or strong, or in having material possessions and money. Many confuse the love they seek with sex, and allow themselves to be used by others. Because society in general is based in duality and separation, it continues to promote solutions for happiness in hundreds of forms, none of which will satisfy the longings of the Soul for conscious reconnection to Source.

A soul's immaturity has nothing to do with chronological age. There are many very evolved souls living in young bodies right now and many who have been on earth for a long time who remain spiritually immature. Spiritually immature individuals are often repelled by anyone holding great Light because this energy is a threat their firmly held but false belief system. They are usually not even consciously aware of why they may not like a certain individual. This is the root of much fear in the world for there remain many who continue to resist anything that may "rock" their comfortable
boat bubble.

In the early phases of every soul's search for completeness comes a reaching out to friends, strangers, Gurus etc.--anyone who seems to have the answers. They do not yet realize that that which they so desperately seek lies within. They feel the higher resonance of another's energy field and gravitate towards it. It usually starts very simply, through questions like; "How did you get through this? Why are you always so calm? What do you think about this or that?" This can be a co-worker, friend, or family member. Most of you, being loving persons, are more than happy to help the person who suddenly unburdens but this is where you must be very aware and alert dear ones, not allowing yourselves to drop into their energy which then becomes sympathy.

It is commonly accepted that identifying with another's pain is a loving action-- "Oh you poor person. I understand/feel your pain. How could he/she do that to you?" etc etc. When you do this, you become a part of their energy field and make yourself available to be "drained" of energy. How many times have you experienced feeling totally "wiped out" after being with certain people? This can only happen when you open yourselves to those seeking more energy, These dear ones are unaware of what they are doing, but in their unhappiness and desire to be whole they draw on other's energy. We do not like the term, but this is where the term "energy suckers" comes from.

In order to serve and help those seeking help, a Light worked must work in the energy of compassion. Practically, this means you can lovingly listen to or observe the problems presented, even offering some suggestions, but never fully entering into the energy of what is being presented. You recognize the appearance to be illusory, with no law to support it and based in the third dimensional consciousness. These deeper realizations NEVER prevent one from taking whatever human footsteps may be necessary--the practical everyday tasks so often called for--whatever is needed or you are guided to do. However, in doing these things, do not allow yourselves to be enablers--stay centered, always remembering that every individual has a Higher Self, Guides, and a contract/plan that they themselves chose before entering into this earth experience.

As we have said before, love never means being another's door mat, nor does it mean you are tied forever to those you may not resonate with simply because they are a relative or childhood friend. It is ok to move on when someone wants you to do their work for them. Love and compassionate action means remembering the truth about every single individual in your consciousness--those drawn to you and those you read or hear about. Always allow others the freedom to learn from their own mistakes while giving them the support they may need. There are times when this may mean simply leaving someone alone. It is ego to believe one has the right or duty to "save" another. Everyone is a spiritual being having human experiences in order to grow and evolve.

This Light not only attracts family, friends, and co-workers but also attracts some on the other side who have not yet moved into the light of their journey. There are those who do not even realize that they have transitioned to the other side (drug overdose, accident, coma, etc.) and are confused. These dear ones often find themselves drawn to the Light of an evolved energy field. If you experience them (often in a half awake/half asleep state) do not be afraid, but tell these dear ones, that they need move into the Light where they will find help and guidance. You can ask for Light beings, Angels or relatives of the person to come and guide them to where they need to be. Occasionally one will not want to leave, and you can just say to them; "Go".

Compassion is love in action, sympathy is the three dimensional concept of it.

This is Light work. This is how you plant seeds of truth and help others to evolve. We only say that as your own energy field attracts others seeking what you have, be aware of the temptation to enter into their state of consciousness, for you can never lift another up if you are on the same level as the problem. Humanly yes, but not spiritually.

This is compassion, this is love, this is the work.

Greetings dear ones.  Once again we come to speak to you of ascension.  All are in different phases of ascending into the  higher dimensional energies.  Not all will fully ascend at this time for many are not yet ready to embrace the fullness of their inner soul.  However, all  are experiencing  the Light pouring onto Gaia at this powerful time and all have the free will choice to grow from or to reject it.

Remember this as you observe the many changes taking place within you and in the world.  Change can be very upsetting to those still holding tightly to lifelong teachings and beliefs that no longer work for the highest good, but that is the way evolution works...it is a gradual  (sometimes not so gradual)  shift into new and more evolved thinking, being, and doing,  and old beliefs cannot stop it as the majority awakens and adds ever more Light to universal consciousness.

Since all are creators, evolution can be slowed, but never stopped for it is the purpose of life. Through free will, an individual can slow or even stop his spiritual growth for awhile even lifetimes, but the evolutionary journey can never be permanently delayed...man's true nature is Divine, and the yearning to remember this is never lost.   It is often buried deeply within through intention or ignorance,  but can never disappear or there would be no individual.  One cannot exist in any way shape or form with out the Divine within, as it is the substance of all form...all that is.

Arcturian group wishes to talk about life.  When functioning within the third dimensional belief system, life is considered  to be  sacred in certain instances, (friends and relatives) but not so sacred (war) in others--perfectly reflecting the separation and duality of third dimensional thinking.  There is only one life and it is Divine...it is the only life there is.   Humanly, scientists  can create something that may seem to be alive in a bottle, clone, or test tube but this is only physical, an interpretation of "life".  Life only becomes LIFE, when  Divine energy enters in to it which is why a physical body disintegrates so quickly once  the soul leaves.

It is here we must bring in the topic of abortion which has been and still is a subject of much discussion, confusion, anguish, and suffering for many.  The decision to extinguish an unborn  is a decision that must not be undertaken lightly but know that the  soul who would choose to enter and become the child  is well aware from the other side as to whether or  not the child will be carried to term.  A soul can enter, coming and going throughout a pregnancy that will result in a birth,  but usually there is no soul yet attached in the early stages of a pregnancy unless there is a particular lesson for the entering soul.

Decisions of this sort must be made only after an honest evaluation of intention for these types of decisions carry and store intense energy for those making them, and there is much emotional energy being expended both ways on this topic.  There must be  HONEST inner consideration of what is the best and highest good for all concerned... decisions like this must never be made simply from a place of selfish convenience or fear and never as a means of birth control.

Intention is the spiritual key in making  decisions of any kind because the  intention behind any decision provides the energy upon which it rides...every word, action, or thought flows upon the intention that set it forth.  Remember this dear ones, for it is a vitally important point.

Life is forever but souls choose to spend time in limited physical bodies in order to spiritually grow and evolve within the denseness of  third dimensional energy.  Earth is a powerful and difficult place in which to evolve and not for the faint hearted.  Never under estimate your courage dear ones, for there are many evolving on other planets who  chose not to be in a place that carries such density.  All gradually learn from the experiences of earth and finally discover that that which they have been seeking, lies within.  It is at this point that they begin to meet any problems on a higher level, karma disappears and they find themselves helping others struggling with same and  familiar issues.    Earth is being observed by many who wish to  learn and study how mankind is going about doing this.

Life can never be lost, there is no such thing.  A person who leaves either naturally or unnaturally, simply goes to another dimension.  Most human eyes cannot as of yet perceive the higher frequencies of a light body and believe the deceased to be simply dead.  In sleep,  all leave their bodies,  moving about, studying, and working in the spiritual body.  Life and death are just two aspects of duality.   You are more alive on the other side than you are on earth because on the other side, you remember who and what you are and are guided to whatever help and assistance you may need.

There are some who after "death" continue to  align themselves only with familiar earth energy and because of this are unable to see the light bodies of their guides waiting to assist them. These souls become what you term ghosts...souls afraid of moving on and into higher dimensional light--some not even aware of the need to.  These souls  attach themselves to the familiar and often loved-- people, places, and experiences  from their recent time on earth.  Some, firmly stuck in a particular belief system are waiting for their belief to manifest...unable and unwilling to leave where they are.  Some create for themselves familiar settings and lives in what is called the astral realm often for a long time until helped by another (Light beings or people who do this work) or awakening to their need for change.

In the third dimensional belief system it is believed by many that only some life forms are of value, and those mainly human.   It must be understood that ALL  life forms are sacred and in and of the One Life.  There is no lesser or greater life.  So called "primitive" societies were taught to ask permission before taking  lives for food-- honoring and respecting the life given them by the animal.  This idea has been largely disregarded in favor anything bringing in more money--a bigger, faster, approach carrying no respect for the animal involved... lives thoughtlessly taken for food, fashion, money, or power.  The Divine has manifested Itself in infinite form and variety.  You say; "What about the cockroach or the mosquito, are we to let them do as they please?"  Insects are of those who have a group soul.  The energy is Divine, but not individual.  When an insect dies, it immediately rejoins its group soul but ask yourselves honestly,  as respecters of Life is it really that difficult to simply move the spider outdoors rather than to kill it?

Life appears limited and fragile  but is in reality forever and unlimited.  You cannot die.  Those who seek relief from the pressures of living through the taking of their own lives, simply cross over and find that they have solved nothing for the lessons they were meant to learn now must be met again at another time in another life.

Incarnation into the third dimensional energies of earth is a soul choice made by an individual in order to evolve and grow within the tremendous issues of third dimensional energy.  Life lessons are planned by each soul with  help and spiritual guidance before birth.  Life events are not accidental as they would seem when judging by appearances but represent  experiences necessary  for the growth and evolution of the particular soul.  Karma is not a punishment, but the balancing of energies originally created by the evolving soul and mankind in general.  There is no longer karma after the soul reaches a certain level of spiritual awareness for then the individual is able to deal with life in new and higher ways but at this time many of you are helping to clear impersonal world karma.  

All is perfect dear ones, in spite of world concepts of how everything needs to appear in order to be "right".  Never forget as you journey through your life experiences ( some pleasant and some not so pleasant) that you are here at this time, in this body,  with this family, in order to learn and grow and not simply to gain fleeting ego status through the attainment of money, popularity, beauty, goods, or power.   Be alert to your desires dear ones, for ideals such as these represent the limitation of those still stuck in unawareness.

There is nothing evil or wrong about having wealth.  This is a false concept still held and preached by some.  The belief in the concept of separation has resulted in a universal sense that abundance in all its forms is outside of you and that you must struggle and  grab it at all costs as best you can.  Abundance is your divine right by virtue of your Oneness with Divine completeness, a truth that must be realized and become your state of consciousness before it can manifest outwardly.  This is the work.

Make your only God the one within you,  allowing it freely flow outward and  manifesting in whatever form is needed.  That which is completeness for one may not represent completeness for another so do not compare.  This realization will help to free you from the never ending promotional hype to buy this, do this, have this...and you will be happy.

How do we do this? Simply let it go. Let go and let the Spirit, or as some would say, let go and let God. Move yourself aside, meaning that the human part of us can become bewildered with the circumstances of what surrounds us in the physical and material realm. Get past the human part by focusing within and visualizing the soul that you really are. Visualize and know for sure that God is part of you, and that you are part of God.

This is far more powerful than anything that you could possibly see or feel in the physical world. You can get stronger by knowing who you really are. Who you are never ends or never dies. No matter what you see with your physical eyes, know this to be true. Hang onto that knowledge and trust it.

SPECIAL KEY 2 – REPELLING NEGATIVITY

We cannot focus on negativity and expect to be positive. Negativity begets negativity. It feeds on itself. Surround yourself with joy, good people and good circumstances, and this is what you will reap. Positivity reaps positivity. How do we rid ourselves of negativity when it seems to surround us from all sides? Simply get away from it and refuse to take it inside of yourself.

It is always amazing how the human condition can attract drama. We immerse ourselves so much in it that we can drown and put out the Light. We don’t always realize that we’re doing this, but once we become aware of it, it becomes easier to see how to remove ourselves. Just do it! Get away, if only for a moment, but do it for yourself – TUNE OUT, DROP IN – go to a place within yourself, or to a special place that will be sure to renew and nourish your soul and feed you heart.

SPECIAL KEY 3 – HOW TO REMAIN IN THE WORLD, YET NOT GO DOWN WITH IT

We see with our human eyes, yet we also see with our soul eyes. It is true that with our human eyes, the physical view is so powerful and tremendous that we forget completely that we are first and foremost – a soul. And the soul can handle anything! The human condition cannot.

Back to the First Key – Let go and let Spirit – or let God. Imagine that you are moving aside. Now let the Spirit come riding in to take you over. Do not hold back. Do not be afraid. It is your own Spirit, yet the Spirit of God – for you are one with Spirit – the Divine Source and Creator. Simply know that the Spirit will protect and keep you, even in the world, no matter what is happening. Start now to open up and let yourself be filled.

SPECIAL KEY 4 – SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINE

If we were not taught discipline as children, it is never too late. We can teach ourselves through our own awareness. To be spiritually disciplined is to learn how to navigate more efficiently in this Earth realm. It is only with our Soul eyes operating with full Light, that we will truly be able to navigate in a steady fashion. If you find yourself drowning, please catch yourself.

You really are the only one that can turn on your Inner Light. Visualize the turning on of this Light. Click it on now – Imagine that it’s growing brighter. Now aim and direct this beam of Light in the way that you want to go. You ARE the Light! Follow the path to your destination of choice. Do you choose to fall off the sides into the dark destruction, or do you choose to walk on your Path of Light?

Walking on your Path of Light does not mean that you will not encounter adversity – but that you will be led with clearer and calmer eyes to see the adversity. As you begin to see and walk with your Soul Eyes, you will develop awareness. Your growing awareness will help you to become more disciplined – growing stronger and calmer as a result. Spiritual discipline in an inner strength that will only help you, not hinder you.

SPECIAL KEY 5 – RETAINING YOUR HAPPINESS NO MATTER WHAT

Happiness is a state of being and one in which you determine the level. By learning how to Rid Yourself of Fear, Repel Negativity, and knowing How To Remain in the World and Not Go Down With It, you will automatically develop discipline of your psyche and your Spirit. You will begin to see more and more with your Soul Eyes. Because you are learning how to Rid Yourself of Fear, and learning how to Repel negativity, you will no longer attract these certain forces to yourself. You will still see that negativity and bad things are still in the world, but they are outside of yourself, not inside.

Happiness is a state that is in your own heart. Yes, you can still feel that which happens around you – but you will not allow it to suck you into a deep, dark hole and keep you there. By holding onto fear and negativity, you will lose your Happiness. Feel the situation of what is going on around you – be sensitive to the world that surrounds you. Understand that your Awareness is developing and it will help to keep you from drowning in a sea of darkness and negativity. You have learned Spiritual Discipline.

You will walk as Light, bringing Light and Love to the world, no matter what the outside situation looks like. In doing this, you will feel an inner HAPPINESS – a peace in your soul – You Will NOT Go Down With the World, no matter what. Know this to be true. Please…let it keep you and guide you, for it is God that resides inside of you.

1. Arcturiens :

Dans le livre "Connecting with the Arcturians" (David K. Miller), les Arcturiens décrivent leurs "chambres de guérison" : utiliser et infuser des fréquences et tonalités vibratoires adaptées à la guérison des organes et du corps, poser un diagnostic énergétique, et dynamiser et rééquilibrer les schémas et grilles vibratoires des corps malades et/ou souffrants.

Ils disent aussi que certaines de leurs connaissances en la matière leur ont été transmises par les "Andromédéens (?)" (Andromède, la galaxie la plus proche de notre Voie Lactée, Galaxie d'Andromède avec laquelle nous fusionnerons un jour......).

Il est possible de se projeter, via le Chakra Couronne, depuis le séjour terrestre en 3D, jusque dans une chambre de guérison Arcturienne (à bord d'un vaisseau posté à côté de Jupiter). La chambre est décrite comme étant de petite dimension, dans laquelle on est assis, et où le corps est baigné de fréquences énergétiques lumineuses, le plus souvent bleues foncées et bleues claires/dorées.

Cette chambre de guérison est plongée dans l'obscurité, mais comporte des ouvertures/écrans où peuvent être vus/contemplés la galaxie, Arcturus....

Bien sûr, ces chambres de guérison sont autant de représentations de notre futur, les thérapeuthes de notre XXI° siècle qui utilisent actuellement les massages énergétiques, les patchs énergétiques, le Shiatsu et toutes autres techniques "subtiles" étant les pionniers de la médecine du futur, une médecine qui traitera "en amont", avant que ne s'installent les lésions organiques en 3D, dans le corps de chair et d'os.

Et je note que dans "Quantusum", le récit de très haute voltige et imprégné de bout en bout par la vision et le génie de James Mahu, avec ce fourmillement de plans dimensionnels qui ne cessent de se combiner, de se conjuguer, de se marier, je signale que le héros, lors de son séjour dans l'île, au début du récit, est lui aussi conduit dans une telle "chambre de guérison".

De petite taille, plongée dans l'obscurité, au coeur de la montagne, avec une ouverture/écran qui donne sur le lac souterrain dans lequel vit et évolue et s'exprime télépathiquement le "Quantusum", le héros est assis/allongé dans un fauteuil, et il bénéficie d'un diagnostic et d'un rééquilibrage/dynamisation des grilles énergétiques qui font la trame de son instrument humain, stressé et épuisé au décours d'une excursion dimensionnelle.

--- Temples de Cristal (Arcturiens +/- Quantusum) ---

1. Dans le récit "Quantusum" (James Mahu, WingMakers/Lyricus), le héros, dans sa quête, dans son voyage à la recherche de son identité perdue, dans sa tentative finalement fructueuse de retrouver sa mémoire et le sens de son existence/incarnation, le héros est emmené à deux reprises au bord d'un lac.

La première fois, le lac est gelé, et il court à la surface des eaux glacées, guidé par l'esprit de Gaia. Il se dirige vers le centre où flamboie une lumière tournoyante. Il échoue à gagner ce pôle de lumière, le coeur, son coeur vibrant.

La deuxième fois, les eaux du lac sont douces et tièdes, et il nage et plonge vers le centre et rejoint finalement cette lumière tournoyante qui émet des glyphes de lumière alentour. Confronté en miroir à son double, il recouvre la mémoire en se fondant dans l'orbe de lumière au coeur du lac (chapitre 45, The Orb).

Ces scènes, ces tableaux dans "Quantusum" sont saisissants et en même temps assez étranges. Ils dessinent quelques composantes des espaces dimensionnels du coeur, le héros pénétrant dans un portail/vortex flamboyant au coeur du coeur de son incarnation.

2. Du côté Arcturien, on trouve aussi certaines composantes, certaines lignes de force qui composent un peu la même musique. Le pratiquant et lecteur est emmené dans un Temple Arcturien, Temple de Cristal. Il y a aussi un cristal immergé dans un lac, et nous sommes guidés et amenés jusqu'à ce cristal, sous l'eau, véritable temple et centre d'instruction où sont délivrés des enseignements/fréquences énergétiques par quelques guides.

Always remember that the physically and emotionally painful experiences you encounter are life lessons set up by you with the help of your spiritual Guides and teachers before entering into this particular incarnation. As an individual evolves the harsher life experiences begin to lessen for he is now manifesting from a higher state of consciousness and can learn in easier ways.

Always know that the intense, painful clearings many of you are experiencing right now are positive things, graduations--signs that the soul is now evolved enough to recognize and clear energies long kept deeply buried. Now is about letting go of the past and learning to love and honor all facets of self in the journey to knowing SELF.

There are those that read metaphysical books, go to classes, and spend a great deal of time talking about metaphysics and mystical truth but then continue to live their lives as they always have. Truth must be lived. It must be practiced with every experience of daily living no matter how mundane, until it becomes your state of consciousness at which time living it becomes automatic and will be who you are. Truth is not just an interesting theory to be discussed, compared and then dismissed, the time for discussion is over.

Truth cannot be discussed in general groups because every individual is living out from their attained state of consciousness and groups will always have those without "ears to hear", who simply want to argue. Truth is never to be argued or imposed on another. This does not mean that you should not share with those on your level of awareness, but in general the spiritual journey is a silent, secret, and very sacred one--a living, moving, and having one's being in Oneness.

Change comes in the outer world as mankind's' inner world evolves. An example of this can be seen in changes now taking place with regard to animal cruelty and other issues heretofore considered unimportant. What you observe is what the consciousness of mankind globally and individually creates. There are no victims. War, cruelty, dishonesty, power struggles etc. etc. are the manifestations of separation/duality consciousness. Us versus them...all so unnecessary in light of the fact that all is ONE and that ONE does not embody ideas of discord. The war lesson is one that many are painfully learning right now.

Mankind is ready to create a new world by pulling back from and releasing all that is old and finished, fearlessly embracing new and higher concepts of oneness.

We wish to speak of the healing energy of love. Love is the activity/interconnectedness energy of the One manifesting ITSELF as the many. As this truth becomes your attained state of consciousness, it automatically aligns you with the higher frequencies...displacing the dense and heavy false vibrations of duality and separation which have no law to hold them in place. Since complete and harmonious Divine Consciousness is the true essence of every individual, the more aligned with truth you become, the more the outer will begin to reflect it...physically, emotionally, and mentally.

This is the work, this is the journey. Truth begins simply as mental knowledge but must be practiced and lived until it becomes your state of consciousness at which time it then begins to appear outwardly as what is needed...health, ideas, companionship, home etc.

Meditation is the best healing and beauty treatment you can give yourselves because in meditation you are resting in the higher resonating and harmonious frequencies of Oneness.

Most of mankind is ready to stop seeking outwardly in the realization that the substance of everything lies within. Understand that these words are not simply a nice quote from some mystical poet. Learn to never again seek your good in the outer for all that you will ever need is forever and permanently already embodied within the Consciousness that you are. When you understand this but then continue to seek your good from the world, you create a spiritual gap between your sense of self and your real self.

Once an individual attains the realization of Oneness, the outer experiences of will begin to reflect joy , health, happiness, and fulfillment which the world will see as healing. Outer change can only manifest after the state of consciousness is attained because the substance of all things is consciousness...not someone else's consciousness--yours. A healer working on a high level of awareness may temporarily lift a person's energy, but unless the individual himself keeps it there, his issues will return, re-created by his own state of consciousness.

You say what does this mean, how can everything I need be within...car, house, job? Divine consciousness (which is what you are), embodies every spiritual idea. These spiritual ideas in turn manifest outwardly in the forms you can understand and appreciate. A car is the material sense of Omnipresence. A home is the material sense of consciousness--I live and move and have my being always in Consciousness. The person who loves the solitary life, will not suddenly manifest a partner because that would not represent completeness for him. Music, art, medicine, science, ideas and inventions of every form and variety can and will flow from the infinite Source within if the door is opened. Divine Consciousness--your consciousness, is Self sustained and Self maintained and is ever complete and manifesting Itself. How you see these manifestations is determined by your awake or unawake state of consciousness.

Begin to claim your birthright, recognize and manifest it. Your good is not going to fall down from the heavens the minute you go to church, say the right prayer words, or do a good deed. It can only manifest the higher and better forms as you realize you already are it.

This is the lesson and the time is now.

Commentaire personnel : Il me semble que l'on peut très largement mettre en doute ce passage du dernier message Arcturien. Les bons sentiments et la célébration de la lumière, de nos lumières toutes irradiantes et transformant ultimement les consciences, ouvrant le chemin et donnant l'exemple aux masses humaines (99.999 %) d'une voie/voix nouvelle toute de fraternité, de joie et d'amour partagés, ce discours ressemble, maintenant que nous voyons les années et les années défiler, ce diagnostic sonne plutôt comme un conte pour les petits enfants, une sorte d'histoire à dormir debout.

Car il est plus que probable que cet éveil des masses humaines et de Gaia en général prendra beaucoup, beaucoup de temps. Et il est plus que probable que nous, les besogneux travailleurs de lumière, il est certain même que nous continuerons à en baver au quotidien, et ce jusqu'à la fin de nos incarnations actuelles au moins. Car il n'est pas vrai que les entourages familiaux et professionnels aient quelques volontés que ce soit de changer et/ou d'ouvrir les portes de leurs cerveaux-coeurs pour que se déploient quelques tapisseries multi-colorées de bonnes volontés et de soif d'apprendre et de grandir.

Greetings dear ones, we come once again to guide you in whatever ways we can, but you must always remember that enlightenment is your mission, your journey, and your choice. There are still some who choose to do nothing while awaiting a savior in the form of a man, book, tool, event, or galactic. This reflects an old belief system--separation from Source and the need for something outside of oneself to be "saved".

Your savior is within you, dear ones--always has been and always will be-- it is what you already are. Your Savior has been resting quietly within, awaiting recognition lifetime after lifetime through the good and not so good experiences of life lived in duality and separation. There comes a point in everyone's spiritual journey when they are finally evolved enough to recognize and embrace the truth about themselves. Issues of life that seemed important then begin to fade into the nothingness that they are and the individual no longer feels the need to look outside of Himself. He begins to seek within to his own Divine essence for guidance and discovers that he is that which he has been seeking--the long hidden secret, dear ones.

Arcturian Group wishes to speak of love as the essence of spiritual growth. Love is the realization of and the activities that flow from an attained awareness of ONE in which everything and everyone exists. In the third dimensional belief system of duality and separation, love (Oneness) is always interpreted in a personal way depending upon the individual state of consciousness--the energetic connections of oneness between people thus are sometimes good and sometimes bad. Love is the Universal Oneness of all within an Omnipresent Divine Consciousness ever expressing Itself in infinite form and variety.

As the realization of oneness awakens within an individual, it begins to appear in the outer as peace, joy, understanding, and cooperation, those qualities that make life enjoyable--the activities of many within the ONE. As you observe a world of strife and war, know that what you are seeing is the manifestation of impersonal universal duality/separation consciousness which has no Divine law to hold any of it in place.

Illusion is how the world has been seen and interpreted. The earth (Gaia) not an illusion as many have thought, but is a living Soul. Anything you can see, hear, taste, touch, or smell is a material interpretation of its spiritual reality. You may say; "Is war a spiritual reality?" War is the outer manifestation of the consciousness of separation which will change as more and more awaken into the realization of oneness. The spiritual Light of an awakening world is bringing to surface and illuminate much that heretofore has been kept in the shadows. It may seem as though personally and globally things are worse, but everything that is old and finished is being exposed by your Light dear ones, in order that it may be cleared and released. You are changing world consciousness simply by living, moving, and having your being in the truth of who you really are. As individual and global Consciousness of oneness (love) grows, it automatically transforms the appearances of discord into cooperation and peace, whether it be in family relationships or in the world.

It is important to understand that your oneness with Divine Consciousness constitutes your oneness with completeness--your good. This may manifest outwardly as closure to those things you no longer resonate with--people, lifestyles, or activities. Anything that no longer resonates with your energy may cease to be a part of your life because it does not represent completeness for you. This is why we urge you not to try and hold on to anything that is finished, no matter how well it may of served you in the past. All are moving into new places of energy and enlightenment which in turn will manifest outwardly in new forms. Be prepared for change, for evolution will always manifest as change.

As you see and interact with all other life forms, you interact with yourself for there is only One, One, One, and therefore that which you do to another, say to another, give to another you do for yourself, see? This is the origin of Karma and is how it works until an individual is able to move into a more evolved state of consciousness where he no longer needs the difficult and painful lessons of karma but instead is able to be taught from within.

This message of Oneness has been given by masters throughout time but has always been lost through the ms-interpretation of un-enlightened followers who would teach others their limited and less evolved concepts of the original message. This has been reflected in the many "holy wars" throughout history and even now. Whenever pure teachings are organized, the deeper truths are always lost through the actions of those who join and begin to present their own concepts of the original teachings. The belief that one needs someone, some organization , or some tool in order to spiritually grow is false and obsolete and will keep you locked into separation. Your church is within you, dear ones.

Oneness (love) is the law, the reality, and the truth but this realization may cause confusion for those comfortable within their established belief system. Truth can be accepted and lived or not, but truth itself changes not. There are many spiritually ready living in resistance--having to move forward the hard way by getting "wake up calls". Others are suddenly "getting it", having prepared themselves in other lifetimes. There are also those who fully awakened in other lifetimes and are now choosing to be on earth in order to assist an awakening world.

It is a time of great change for all. Everyone, whether aware of it or not, is feeling physically, emotionally, and mentally the intense energy pouring onto earth and bringing with it the release of all that is finished personally and globally. The new and higher energies of Light are causing many to rethink their beliefs and some with no understanding of what is taking place, are tempted to panic.

You can help those tempted to fear and panic to open to the bigger picture--NOT that you become "missionaries" but that you simply throw out seeds of truth to those receptive. Never force the deeper truths on to another, thinking you are helping them for they may not yet be ready and your actions can easily become exercises of personal ego--the mistake many have made in the past and still make.

As you observe the efforts of those who would keep the world in lack, chaos, and war, know that there is no law to support or sustain these appearances and that all are in and of the One even though unaware of it. How often do you pray for your enemies, dear ones, or do you pray only for "victims"?

There is only ONE and this realization is Love and the secret of life you have sought for so long, lifetime after lifetime, symbolized as the search for the Holy Grail. You are now ready to grasp and live this Divine secret, and in so doing will see the change you desire.

Be the light, be the way, be the truth--a reality that not only refers to one man 2000 years ago.

This is how the world will awaken.

Séparation, compassion, pardon et compréhension. En lisant ce message des Arcturiens, j'ai le sentiment de retrouver (.... et pour la première fois pour ce qui est du concept de "Séparation") beaucoup des thématiques déployées dans la "5th Neruda Interview" (James Mahu, Lyricus, WingMakers.com). Bien sûr, cela fait un mois maintenant que je suis immergé quasiment chaque jour dans ce texte fondamental, et comme il s'agit là vraiment d'un cheminement, d'un processus vivant et en dépliement/déploiement constant, ma conscience imprégnée va se mettre à résonner avec d'autres données en harmonie.

Ceci dit, il sera intéressant aussi d'entendre peut-être un jour nos amis les Arcturiens (que je salue ) parler plus avant de la perception qu'ils ont (ou pas) de la Matrice Prison ou Hologramme de la Tromperie exposés par le collectif WingMakers/Lyricus, Matrice Prison dont ils sont eux aussi partie prenante et plus ou moins consciemment prisonniers. Et, autre hypothèse de travail, il se peut même que le collectif Arcturien ici présent entende les données délivrées par James Mahu et en tire enseignements.

De là à dire que ce message Arcturien du 25 mai 2014 est en partie inspiré par la "5th Neruda Interview", ce serait peut-être se baigner avec une sorte de délectation un peu fêlée dans le courant tortueux et fantasmatique d'une réflexion et rumination en mode hypnotiques et/ou auto-suggestives........ ou pas.

Tout dernier point : en écho à mes commentaires excédés délivrés lors du précédent message Arcturien et dans la newsletter je crois, il est absolument vrai que disparaissent beaucoup de contacts humains ces temps-ci, du moins en ce qui me concerne, et/ou que les relations somme toutes subies (milieu professionnel) perdent de leur substance pour ne se réduire le plus souvent qu'à un strict nécessaire purement fonctionnel, neutre et opérationnel.

Tout ceci pour dire et confirmer, en termes certes alambiqués, que le chemin et la pratique qui consistent à changer et sans doute élever nos fréquences s'avère terriblement et puissamment efficace, et à très haut rendement.

En définitive, et pour parler de ce que je connais, les pratiques guidées proposées par Inelia Benz ("Le Portail Humain" selon moi, tel qu'annoncé et décrit par James Mahu et de manière générale et générique dans la "5th Neruda Interview") sont d'une (redoutable ?) efficacité. Au fil des mois, on change, et on change tellement bien, vite et fort, que l'on ne sait plus que l'on a changé, puisque autre on devient (sauf à se livrer, comme ici, à un profond exercice de méditation/contemplation).

Et, a posteriori, on comprend bien mieux pourquoi l'écrasante majorité des êtres humains redoute et contourne au maximum toutes méthodes et/ou pratiques qui risqueraient de chambouler et ré-écrire profondément et de manière irréversible les codes qui fondent les habituels modes et moules énergétiques de nos croyances et autres grilles de lecture/perception.

Une sorte d'instinct de survie est là à l'oeuvre, basé il est vrai sur les implants installés et programmés par Anu, Marduk et tous leurs amis. L'être humain va se mettre à réfuter et nier toutes données risquant de porter atteinte en profondeur et de manière durable à la structure même de sa conscience d'humain 2.0.

D'ailleurs, il me semble qu'un des "Discours Lyricus" traite de cette question, aussi, de la peur viscérale du pratiquant face au changement véritable......, car irréversible précisément.

Greetings people of dear planet Gaia. We observe light shining ever more brightly as more and more awaken to new ways of seeing the world and their place in it. This is evolution dear ones--the changes--the opening to new ideas and higher ways of understanding normal everyday life issues.

Spiritual ascension is not normally a sudden blinding flash that leaves you ascended (although this has happened for a few individuals who had already attained this consciousness in another lifetime). Ascension is a state of consciousness that has been attained through the myriad experiences of many lifetimes lived in the energies of duality and separation. From these experiences, the soul learns and grows until at some point he moves beyond having to learn in this way and begins to be taught from within. You are at that place now dear ones.

Take your quest for answers into meditation and ask your questions there. Ask for more Light, more understanding, and more awareness but avoid asking for "things" because when you ask for "things" you are automatically stating that you "don't have" and are creating "don't have".

Answers may come directly in mediation for those attuned to hearing the "still, small voice", but usually unfold afterwards and are the "fruitage" of the meditation. Answers will come in ordinary ways that can be understood and related to. For instance your answer may appear as a book that somehow comes to you, or may be heard in a chance statement someone makes. Frequently answers and ideas will pop into your head while doing something as mundane as washing dishes for often that is the only time the mind is quiet enough to hear the inner voice.

If you wish to hear, it is important to keep yourself free of constant noise and confusion. Many are unable to recognize or hear the solutions they have asked for because they keep themselves in a state of continual noise and distraction and then wonder why they do not get answers. If you would hear the "still small voice" then you must live and go about your work in a quiet centered way, one ear always open to "hear". This does not mean you cannot have fun, visit with people, dance and live life, but we speak of those who choose to go through every waking moment with head phones on, texting, and generally living completely outside of themselves.

You see dear ones, spiritual connections are often portrayed in your media as a powerful psychic events with lots of bells and whistles. Spiritual connections are almost always experienced in quiet and seemingly ordinary ways which the spiritually alert will recognize, but at the same time causing those expecting bells and whistles to believe that they have somehow failed.

If you are sincere in your seeking for more Light on any topic, the answers and ideas will always come and will come in a way you can understand. The artist will not receive new and creative ideas in the form of a scientific breakthrough, nor will the surgeon seeking a new technique receive the idea for a new painting. Mind will translate your answer (Divine completeness) in forms that resonate with your individuality. There may be lessons needing completion or old beliefs needing to be let go of before that which you are seeking can manifest but your choices and intentions are always heard--for you are seeking from your Higher Self--YOU.

Arcturian Group wishes to speak of the facets of love. Every activity of daily living is a facet of love since love in its truest sense is the energetic connection between the many within the One. Individual actions vary according to the interests, chosen lessons, and state of consciousness of the individual. All actions for or to self and others--compassion, forgiveness, understanding, service, and all forms of work and business are in reality facets of love because of the interconnectedness of all within ONE. Gratitude is the return flow of love expressed. Every activity of life experienced in the third dimension on earth is in reality the material sense of the spiritual reality. The actions of interconnectedness become "not love" in the usual sense when interpreted and acted out by global and personal states of consciousness fully enmeshed in beliefs of duality and separation. The energetic connection of each soul to every other soul within the One can never change, but when this truth is mis-interpreted by those who believe all life forms to be separate, it manifests in ways that reflect this belief--rape, abuse, animal cruelty, and war, etc Once an individual evolves into his true identity and begins to realize the interconnectedness of all life, he no longer resonates with the activities of the un-awakened lower densities--activities based in separation.

As you lift yourselves, you lift the world, dear ones, for very truth known and integrated adds more light to universal human consciousness that contains every idea or belief of mankind, no matter how absurd. The Light through you, is automatically dissolving the shadows--third dimensional thought forms and beliefs which in reality have no law to support them, but through belief in them, have held mankind in bondage.

Thoughts and ideas floating into your thinking from the universal world consciousness are always impersonal--never claim them as yours even if they seem to be coming from within you. Each individual is more receptive to certain types of impersonal beliefs because of past life experiences. Some may find themselves more receptive to universal concepts of health and disease, while others may be more receptive to beliefs about relationship. Overwhelming fears like fear of water or heights also indicates energy still held in cellular memory from some past life experience causing them to be more receptive to all the beliefs floating about regarding these issues. Once these impersonal beliefs find a home in individual consciousness, they will then manifest outwardly, for you are creators. Outer manifestations are your guide posts dear ones, indicating to you what needs to be looked at and released within your belief system. Try not to feed these thoughts, but use them as tools.

The spiritual journey is about taking back the power that you have ignorantly given to anything outside of yourselves; be it words, thoughts, people, books, beliefs, things, traditions, teachings, or anything regardless of how it may of served you in the past. It does not mean you will not have these things, but it means you have removed the power for good or bad from them. Knowledge and evolution may come THROUGH these things, but not FROM them.

Actions taken in that past when ignorant of truth have only the power you give them, so begin to release all negative emotions of guilt, anger, regret, etc. which have their rise in the third dimensional belief system. If there is someone you need to forgive or who needs to forgive you, then do it inwardly or outwardly and move on. Now the time of clearing once and for all any lower resonating energies you may still hold so you can move into the higher frequencies of Light and Love.

You are alone with your God and that realization is all the power you will ever need. Evolving on earth has been difficult because lifetime after lifetime has been lived in an energy of duality and separation, but remember that you chose it because it is a well tempered and powerful being that emerges from the fire. You are now ready to move into trust and a realization of oneness. It is a letting go, and this can be difficult and frightening. Always remember that nothing--no person, no event, no activity, or even death can separate you from what you are and always have been regardless of any appearances.

Just love, dear ones, Just live always in the recognition that all are in and of the ONE and this realization will guide your every action. Let go of the need to plot and plan everything and allow your inner self guide you gently minute to minute, day to day, activity to activity. When you become aware of the activities of the un-awakened, visualize that tiny flame in their hearts they themselves are unaware of, take what ever human footsteps you may be guided to take, and then move on.

This is love--the activity that flows from a recognition of everyone's the true identity.

I AM THAT I AM. Say these words aloud and say them silently. Hold them sacredly and secretly in your heart and ponder their meaning. I AM THAT I AM, (The answer given Moses when he asked God's name) is a mystical statement of profound truth available to each and every soul for all are in and of the only ONE. Humanhood is not I AM, for ego is but an illusory sense of who and what you are...a personhood created from a consciousness of separation. These sacred words resulted in torture and death for anyone voicing them in past times of ignorance, powerlessness, and suppression.

I AM THAT I AM has been declared by enlightened masters throughout time but has been overlooked by the un-evolved masses unable to comprehend the depth or meaning of them. It was and still is commonly accepted that this statement applies only to a male God person made in man's image and likeness looking down from the sky.

Dear ones, you are ready to embrace the deeper truths, taking them into your consciousness and making them yours. As you sit quietly in meditation or walk alone in a quiet forest, ponder the meaning of "I AM THAT I AM". Ask yourselves; "What do these words really mean? Could they apply to me? Who is this I? Are they true?" Note that the words do not say I will be after I meditate for a few more years, or I could be if I would just work harder--they state "I AM". You are ready for this step dear ones, the step in which you begin to actually embrace the deeper truth about yourselves and stop dilly dallying about on the surface of metaphysics.

Arcturian Group wishes to address the upsurge of violence you have been witness to lately and remind you that this is the surfacing of very dense and heavy energies held for centuries in certain areas of the world. What may appear to be backward steps for mankind is actually the activity of ever increasing Light on the long held shadows needing to be cleared. Energies of the past must be seen as such--the past, old, finished. They must give way to the new for the only life and power theyreally have comes from the universal belief in them. This is how evolution works.

Try not to focus on violence or the people involved in it, but instead realize that everyone is a spiritual being acting out from their present state of consciousness--many of which are still fully enmeshed in duality and separation. Hold to truth regardless of appearances, not denying them or dismissing them as simply illusions, but remembering how appearances are formed. The material world represents a mind interpretation according to individual and global states of consciousness--world belief system. In the human scene you see the perfect creations and qualities of Divine Consciousness through a stained glass window--the colors and formations, your state of consciousness.

A consciousness fully aware of its oneness with the fullness of Source will appear outwardly as whatever is needed (not always what you think you need) because Divine consciousness-(your consciousness when awakened)- is complete, harmonious, and whole in every way. When you forget and allow yourselves to resonate with appearances of duality and separation, you add energy and fuel to them, the only substance they have.

This is a difficult time for all--many are suffering and everyone is feeling the intensity of the new energies while at the same time clearing that which is old and heavy. Do what you are guided to do by way of helping others in the human scene, but first and foremost hold to the truth--this is the way change will come for the outer scene simply manifests the inner. You are creators but have not realized it.

Those who would prefer that you remain in the darkness and ignorance of the past, are using every opportunity to spark fear and chaos at this time but much of that which worked before, is no longer working. Try not to buy into ploys meant to feed world fear, and be aware of what is going on. Stay in the stillness of your center when presented with the negativity and violence constantly being broadcast from the media and do not engage. Be aware, but not continually immersed in the negative stories for that simply brings your energy field down to that level.

It is not easy to break free of the hypnotism of the third dimension. There are many observing your struggles with great admiration for your strength and determination. You are powerful beings of Light and are doing a fine job within an energy that does not yet fully support that. You have experienced lifetime after lifetime in third dimensional energy and are programmed by these experiences to look for solutions and answers with the mind.

You are learning to shift yourselves away from that impersonal universal human mind filled with every belief of duality and separation and into a realization that outer pictures whether good or bad, have nothing real to sustain or maintain them--only belief. This is what is meant by the bible term "seeing through a glass darkly"...the manifestations of Divine Consciousness are always complete and perfect and embody all Its qualities (completeness, wholeness, abundance, joy etc. etc.) but when these ideas flow through the filter of duality and separation, they become something different.
The material world is a mind translation of perfect Divine Ideas. Imagine a bread pan... the dough is your state of consciousness and the bread pan is your mind. The loaf is formed from the dough you put in it.

There is only ONE MIND...another profound truth that many will at first resist. Take this truth into your hearts and ponder it. You are more than ready to receive and embrace the deeper truths, to shift out of metaphysics and into mysticism.

In the human scene, the One mind- your mind, becomes conditioned by whatever false beliefs you accept. Every belief ever believed is floating in human consciousness and is never yours personally until accepted. Because of past life experiences, each person has a propensity for particular beliefs over others. (Some may be more prone to health beliefs, others more prone to relationship beliefs etc. )

It is important not to claim old energies back during your clearing process. For example you may be clearing cellular memory from the emotional body and re-experiencing some of these emotions. Instead of declaring; "I am so depressed, I am so sad, I am so angry etc. etc." which will fasten them back to you, recognize that these are simply old energies clearing and let them go. The world would have you believe that there is a pharmaceutical solution to any and every discord (much to the financial benefit of these companies). Seeking to "fix" clearing symptoms can give them new life and power and slow the process but this is not to say you cannot consult a doctor if you are guided to.

Obsolete third dimensional energies of the past cannot be carried with you into the new and higher resonance no matter how well they may have served in the past. The choice as always, is yours.

As you begin to live out from the One Mind which contains within it no false concepts or beliefs, the outer scene will begin to reflect that, your consciousness will be manifesting clearer interpretations of Divine Ideas. Do not make the mistake of spending your time looking for results, saying: "Oh I have practiced and failed. It doesn't work." Change does not happen over night, and simply having the knowledge of truth does is not the same as the consciousness of it. Eons of time and millions of experiences were necessary to develop each state of consciousness into readiness to awaken. First comes receptivity, then the intellectual knowledge, then the practice, and finally a new state of consciousness is born, one which then manifests in the outer as the higher and better forms.

Take the profound mystical truths we have given you today into you hearts dear ones, for you are ready. Examine them, ask your higher selves and Guides to help you understand and move into the consciousness of them, and practice.

Dear Ones, again we greet you at this time of accelerating Light energy on earth. Much higher dimensional energy is flowing and being received by all who are receptive. Many still refuse to acknowledge and accept the gifts of spirit being offered at this time but that is the blessing of free will for no one need do anything if they choose not to. All who are open and receptive are now experiencing the increasingly intense light energies physically, emotionally, and mentally. It is a powerful time to be on earth and many who wished to be here, stepped aside for those who could carry and add more light to the evolution of mankind.

We are aware of the anger and frustration many feel with regard to current world wide situations. Be patient dear ones, for every awareness with regard to some world issue indicates Light shining into some shadowy corridor of the third dimension. Many of the issues now coming to light all over the world are not new issues as they may seem, but have been hidden, denied and thus perpetuated generation after generation by an un-evolved society as well as by those who realize that their self-serving interests would be affected by change.

Exposure brings about change, for as mankind becomes aware of what has been going on behind the scenes, it begins to realize the necessity for change. When enough people demand it, new laws will begin to be passed that reflect a public awareness based in reliable and true information while giving no credence to the protestations of those who find security in what is old and finished.

Practice seeing painful world events with new and spiritually aware eyes...as wake up calls for universal change. Recognize these things to be the illusory manifestations of a dense and un-awakened three dimensional consciousness.

There is an element that wants to start wars and continually feed the energy of fear to the world for their own self serving reasons. Be aware and do not allow yourselves to enter in to their games, for fear is the energy that feeds the dark on all levels.

Fear is the root of all problems within the third dimension. All worry, anger, frustration,disease, etc. etc. has at its root the energy of fear. Fear of the unknown, fear of things not working in the way one has been led to believe they must, fear of lack and limitation, fear of pain, fear of death, fear of certain life experiences etc. Fear is the belief in separation and is the bottom line of every human issue...serving to create and maintain all third dimensional problems and difficulties.

When you find your self concerned about something be it large or small, ask yourself; "What exactly am I afraid of? What am I believing that is making me feel this way?" Be very honest with yourselves, not allowing the ego to immediately voice some concept the world has given you regarding your particular fear. When done sincerely, this practice will zero in on whatever concepts and beliefs you may still be holding, allowing you to acknowledge and then clear them.

Individuals usually need not be consciously aware of the source of their deeper buried fears. (eg; life long fears of heights, water, animals etc.) If this information is necessary in order to clear it, it will be given--in dreams, through a spiritual teacher/channel, or in whatever form may be needed. Do not actively seek to revisit these experiences simply for curiosity sake for this can add energy to that which you are trying to clear.

The job of the spiritual student is to state his intention verbally or silently to clear all old and finished energies from his energy field. With this intention will come whatever help and awareness may be needed. Remember always that you are powerful beings of light and your words, thoughts, and intentions serve to create.

The deeper fears are usually rooted in past life experiences, but until an individual spiritually awakens, new ones continue to blossom as a result of the teachings and influence of a universal impersonal world consciousness containing all human beliefs. Always remember that any fear issues you may discover are never personal, are never really yours, Fear is imposed upon the un-awakened consciousness from the consensus beliefs of separation and duality. These beliefs are always available in human consciousness to be accepted or not--the choice is yours. Evolution is the dissolving of these false energies, replacing them with truth which then manifests outwardly in higher and truer forms.

The real YOU consists only of Divine Consciousness and contains all that is embodied within Divine Consciousness. Your realization of your Oneness with Divine Consciousness automatically constitutes your oneness with every Divine Idea as well as with the spiritual reality of every living thing. However, this realization must become your state of consciousness and cannot be just intellectual knowledge. This is the journey.

When you realize that something is not true , why hold on to it? Ask yourselves that. Too many still view spirituality as nice ideas limited to an hour on Sunday but impractical for everyday living. It is time for all those serious about spiritual evolution and ascension to walk the walk and to cease just talking the talk. Those who confine their spirituality to some Sunday morning service, are going to find that they make very little real spiritual progress and remain enmeshed in outdated concepts and beliefs.

If you seek to come into the actual realization that you are all the things you have been seeking, then you must realize that the "saints" and "holy ones" of the past as well as the present, are no different from you. It is only that they know who they are, they remember. That is the only difference. Now it is time for you to remember-- living out from and being all that you truly are. No more victimization, no more feeling sorry for your plight in life, no more whining. It is time dear ones, it is time.

The Arcturians

Dear Readers,

I just finished going over the fourth book of the Pleiadian Perspective on Ascension. It is titled, “It Is The NOW.” There are some very informative messages through out the book that I want to share you. I edited this book quite a bit and some of these messages were not in the first book. Also, the book won’t be published for a bit. Therefore, I decided that since I needed to read these messages a few times to really understand them, then even if you did read them long ago, they are more timely now than ever.


Dear Illustrious Guests and Beings of Earth,

Welcome to our spontaneous transmission to Earth. For this transmission we have the honor of having attendants from different dimensions and timelines joining us. We say “beings,” as this transmission is coming to you via light codes that persons, animals and plants can absorb into their consciousness to accept a “knowing” of information.

Each of you will receive this information according to your species, form and consciousness. Yes, your earthly plant kingdom is very much alive and eagerly accepts all of our transmission. We will begin our message by telling you a bit about light so that you can more easily translate our light language into the language of your current grounded expression.

Light exists in units called photons. Photons have no density and no charge and travel beyond the confines of "time." Hence, the primary component of light is, in fact, timeless. Since we speak to you via Light Language. Since your physical form has myriad photons, as well as protons, which also travel beyond the speed of light, you are innately beings of light hidden within an earthen shell.

Therefore, the higher frequencies of your multidimensional consciousness and much of your earthen vessel exist beyond time. Your higher frequencies of “SELF” resonate beyond the hologram of third dimensional Earth. In other words, major components of your physical form are not limited to third dimensional Earth.

Your earthen vessel contains the lower frequencies of your consciousness, as well as the vast quantities of fear-based emotions. These emotions lower your consciousness to the frequency of survival. While in survival mode, your vessel is filled with adrenalin, which further lowers your consciousness into the base reality of fight or flight.

Therefore, we remind our away team that wanting to flee Earth is not consistent with your innate unconditional love, but an anomaly of your fear. Hence, we suggest that you focus your attention, not on fighting the darkness or running away to a better place. Instead, focus on the bliss that flows within the feeling of unconditional love.

Your thoughts come from your brain, but your emotions arise from within your body. Many humans have said that emotions cannot be controlled, which is true while you are experiencing fear-based consciousness. However, once you remember to send unconditional love into every challenge and/or stressful situation, you will become the master of your emotions. As a Master, you can control your emotions because you can control your state of consciousness.

It is your state of consciousness that determines your choices of perception. When you are in a lower state of consciousness, fear easily permeates your thoughts to create even greater fear. Then you seek the cause of your fear rather than your innate solution of unconditional love.

On the other hand, when you live from your core you become the light of your own Central Sun and your myriad photons make your body a Galaxy of light. Every atom in your body serves as a Sun with myriad planets rotating around it. When you think of yourself in this way, it is not a large leap of faith to realize that you are a being of light.

You do not need to create a lightbody or even flash into a lightbody. Instead, simply embrace the fact that your innate SELF is light, which has become embedded in matter (spirit/light into matter/form) so that you can experience the third dimensional frequency of reality.

You might say, "If I am a Master why would I need to take on such a low frequency vessel?” There are two answers to this question. First and foremost, you the members of our Away Team, took on a physical body to intimately connect with our dear friend Gaia who is ready to transmute into Her Lightbody.

Second, you took on a form as a rehearsal. Our entire Universe is moving into a higher octave of reality. If you can rehearse for this event by raising the frequency of your personal form, you will better understand and deeply appreciate how difficult it is for an entire planet, Solar System, Galaxy and Local Universe to transmute into a higher octave of light.

Some of our ascending ones still believe that if they try very hard, are immensely good, are vastly patient and extremely patient they will “get” to ascend. Within this belief, ascension becomes a reward for being a “good person.” You do not need a reward because you are already ascended.

You did not come to Earth at this time to evolve. Instead, you greatly devolved your SELF so that you could maintain a low enough state of consciousness to inhabit a third dimensional form and go through an extremely long time to grow up. Because of the efforts of those who are NOW adults, many children are able to reveal the expanded talents of their true SELF at a very young age.

These “children” have abilities that adults had to study for decades to master. This is because YOU, the ones who were born in the times of deep darkness and harsh realities, have expanded your consciousness enough to be a living portal of light. As this living portal, your higher consciousness has been able to accept light from the Sun, and even the Central Sun, into your form.

You have then grounded that light into the planet, to share it with Gaia. A photon of light leaves the surface of a sun or star and travels through space to reach your form the instant that the photon left the star and the moment that it connected to your body. NO time has elapsed because the photons travel beyond the limitation of time.

We know that this concept is difficult for your 3D brain to conceive, but that brain is only an illusion in the matrix of the third dimensional reality that you are currently wearing. Your 3D brain cannot conceive of instant travel. Therefore, it creates a scenario in which there is time. In the physical world, it takes “time” to travel across space. Therefore, were you are going is separate from where you started.

It is in this manner that third-dimensional polarities are form. A major polarity in your physical world is the polarity of good and bad. These “opposites” appear to be polarities because the infinite and timeless “in between” of this spectrum is not perceivable to your third dimensional consciousness.

The core, which is center of the “in-between,” resonates to a frequency that is often invisible to your third dimensional perceptions and the lower frequency edges of the spectrum appear to your third dimensional perceptions to be the only reality. Thus, the lower frequency edges of a spectrum of thoughts, emotions, objects and concepts seem to be separate polarities.

As your earthly consciousness continues to expand back into your innate multidimensional consciousness, you will begin to experience more and more of the “in between.” In fact, the billions of photons within your earth vessel perceive ALL the in-between. This in-between is perceived as the HERE and NOW.

Via your in-breath and out-breath you are constantly exchanging your photons with every other seemingly separate being on your seemingly third dimensional planet. But, if you are filled with timeless photons, and your body is made of the same elements as your planet, than Earth is also filled with timeless photons.

Therefore, your seemingly third dimensional Earth has a huge element in which its photons are instantly dashing to other frequencies of the light that are constantly permeating the “time” of the time-less NOW. In this manner, your third dimensional reality is deeply influenced by the higher frequency realities that resonate to the “in between” of your perception.

As your consciousness accelerates beyond the third dimensional matrix, you will begin to also release your experience of time. It is then that you will start to remember that time and space is actually aspects of the same third dimensional mechanism. In the higher dimensions of reality the “time” is always NOW and the “space” is always HERE.

Time only expresses itself sequentially within the lower worlds, and space is only experienced when it takes time to travel across it. Once you are free of the illusion of time, your consciousness is free of the 3D matrix and can expand your conscious perception to include the higher dimensional realities.

This expansion of consciousness assists you to remember that both time and space occur via your consciousness through the mechanisms of inward and outward pulses of matter to antimatter (as in a black hole) and antimatter into matter (as in a white hole). Do you understand how YOU are a portal?

This inward and outward flow overlaps at the point in which space and time meet in the flow of the ONE of the fifth dimension and beyond. Once you have this experience via your fifth dimensional consciousness, even though you are wearing an earth vessel, the limitations of the 3D Matrix will have no meaning to you.

When you consciously experience the constant in-flow and out-flow of time and space moving through your current earth vessel, your consciousness expands to embrace your true Multidimensional SELF.

Life and death then take on the meaning of birth/into body and death/out of body, but the “body” is only one of your many parallel, alternate or higher dimensional bodies. In fact, many of you who are receiving this message are having outflow feelings that you are dying, or that huge elements of your life are completed. At the same time you are having inflow experiences of being reborn in some way.

What is occurring is that the components of your life that are unacceptable or intolerable to the frequency of your higher states of consciousness are on outflow so that they will no longer limit your higher dimensional perceptions. With the outflow/death of these limitations your consciousness expands to accept the inflow/birth of new concepts, perceptions and experiences into your daily life.

When your consciousness is focused inward, you can perceive the inflow that you have been allowing into your reality. Then, during your outward focused states of consciousness you can perceive that which you are sending out into your world. In other words, you are not just the recipient of the inflow and outflow. You are also the source.

As the source and core of your galaxy, you can best understand how space and time float in a great cosmic sea. Past, present and future float within this sea as expressions of the NOW that you can accept or reject as your perceptions of reality. Every possibility for every expression of your SELF floats within the HERE and NOW of this Cosmic Sea.

The matter of your form and antimatter of your consciousness interact and intermingle as spirit into matter and matter’s return to pure spirit. Within your galaxy are many stars. Some of these stars are ready to blink out of your life, whereas other stars are in the process of birth.

Your consciousness has been attached to a 3D matrix of form for myriad lives. NOW it wishes to expand back into its true housing of a multidimensional lightbody. We conclude our transmission for today so that you can integrate this information into your personal and planetary form.

We will return in what is considered your ‘tomorrow’ to continue this transmission. We suggest that you allow our words to flow within the cosmic sea of your great Multidimensional SELF.

We come again dear ones, to speak of love and oneness, for in reality there is nothing else. Accepting this has proven difficult for many, because outer appearances testify to separateness. Society promotes and functions from this viewpoint and it is what you have taken for granted through many lifetimes. Yes, indeed the many do appear separate, but it is individuality within ONE omnipresent Consciousness that you see.

As you mature spiritually there comes a point where you no longer judge by appearances because you understand that what you see is the mind interpretation of ever present spiritual realities. This is why the world has been called "illusion" by so many enlightened masters. The world is not illusion, how it is perceived is the illusion.

Images of separation and duality are expressions of a world consensus consciousness of separation and duality. You are now evolving and moving beyond the beliefs of an un-awakened consciousness--leaving behind that which has governed you for so long. The message of Oneness is pouring from many spiritually reliable sources because mankind is ready to hear and embrace this, but for some, even those well along in their journey, the idea of Oneness can be difficult.

Most of you have moved beyond considering spiritual ideas to be simply dinner party conversation and have also discovered that you no longer care to engage in arguments about religion. World wide there has been a gradual shifting into a consciousness that sees and understands that there are many paths up the mountain, but only one mountain. Differences that once seemed important simply no longer exist as they once did.

Many find that even as they clear and move beyond old fears and difficulties, they still must live, work, and function in third dimensional situations. This is why you are here dear ones, to remember who you are in spite of appearances to the contrary. While on earth as it is, you will always witness some three dimensional activities. When you find yourself in these situations, keep your energy field clear and filled with Light, which does not allow you to be pulled into lower resonating energy. Live each moment of each day, doing what is given you to do and saying what needs to be said from a place of unconditional love and you will not be in or of the lower resonating energy. However, as we have stated many times, this never means being a "doormat".

Never broadcast spiritual awareness and knowledge to those not of a consciousness to understand it in hopes of changing some unpleasant situation. Your sacred connection to the Divine within must be kept silent, secret, and protected like a newborn babe, until it grows and becomes strong enough to withstand any influence that would take it from you.

Keep the Sacred Self safe and warm, feed it, love it, and watch it grow. As it becomes stronger it will begin to manifest outwardly when you least expect it, in ways you never dreamed of. It may verbalize the perfect solution to resolve some intense situation even though you had never consciously considered such a solution. You many find yourself taking some action (be it small or large) that you had not planned, but which turns out to make some positive impact or previously un-considered change. These are the activities of the deeper, stronger, and more real YOU.

When experiences of this sort begin to appear, you start to understand how the unconditioned (by world beliefs) consciousness works. As an individual begins to evolve and grow more deeply into a consciousness of truth , his mind becomes increasingly unconditioned and begins to replace the previous human, thinking, plotting, planning, mind steeped in concepts about everything. A mind no longer conditioned by false beliefs of duality and separation, interprets the world accordingly. Everyone has had experiences of simply "knowing" without thought at some time when it was needed. Do not diminish these experiences, but embrace and celebrate them.

This higher state of consciousness can only unfold as you choose and allow it. It grows stronger through practice and trust. IT is not some magic button inside a "you" that is separate and apart from the Divine, but it IS YOU, the totality of YOU. Be not afraid dear ones, now when you are being asked to leap off the cliff of your familiar, leaving behind those things that have represented security for you (even though much of that familiar security may have been experienced as discord and pain).

Humans tend to hold tightly to what they are familiar with. Remember this when you are deciding whether or not to move beyond someone or some situation in your life that you know has completed and can only serve to hold you in old energy. All is proceeding according to plan for everyone who has made the choice to evolve, even though it may not look that way. We see Light flowing with ever increasing intensity with each person who awakens out of the illusion.

Never forget that you chose specifically to incarnate within this ascension time frame in order complete your own issues through experiences and clearings, and then move on to assist in the awakening of others. Try not to drag your feet, "hemming and hawing" that things must be this way or that before you can be more "spiritual". You already are spiritual, it is just a matter of accepting it.

God is all there is, and therefore you must also be this same "all that is"--there can be nothing outside of Omnipresence. The sooner you allow yourself to accept this, the sooner you can begin living it.

Each time you sit quietly, resting in the Light of your own Divinity, you are adding awareness to universal consciousness. Meditation no longer needs to be the heavily structured process most of you were taught. Meditation teachings that state; "you must sit this way, keep the spine straight, and feet on the floor", etc. etc. were simply disciplines designed to help beginners quiet themselves and concentrate within. Structure is necessary for an un-enlightened human mind used to being busy every second, but you are no longer beginners.

The goal of meditation is simply to rest in a quiet awareness of Oneness--that silent place where you can sigh and state to yourself; "I and the Father are ONE" and then rest for a moment or two in that peace. This holy place eventually becomes easy to access and is part of every waking moment at which time, meditation as you know it is no longer necessary because you are living it.

Practice being centered as you go about your chores, your employment, walk through a quiet forest, or even down a busy city street. You can do this in the midst of a difficult day simply by finding a bathroom, closing the door, taking a deep breath, and resting in "I am".

Meditation need not be as difficult as so many believe it to be. Difficulties come when it is entered into with expectations based on concepts heard about or read regarding what must happen, what it must look like, or what one must feel. Meditation is simply the practice of resting in what you already are, and is not something you must attain. Let go of teachings that say meditation must be a certain way or it is not valid. Your decision to go within is your validity. You ARE that which you are seeking.

Keep sacred practices and unfoldments secret and silent within, for these constitute the Babe that must be kept safe until strong and grown. Share your spiritual pearls only with those who are connoisseurs of pearls.

All is One. Remember that, live that, be that, and you will change the world.

"Suddenly, during a down moment where the kundalini energy had ungripped me, allowing me to rest for a moment, I was aware of some kind of being to my left side.  Already in a heavily altered holotropic state, it took me several moments to register its presence. My left brain-analytical mind is going like, what the hell?!  The figure was large, maybe 8 or 9 feet tall and vaguely insect like in its posture, as if leaning towards me, quite like a praying mantis with its arms up. I immediately had the sense that this being was facilitating the kundalini awakening, kind of overseeing and guiding the process!

I couldn’t make out details of the figure, other than that it was dark brownish in color and smelled of the earth; it reminded me of the smell of a being who lives ‘underground’ in some sense. I bent toward him - I acknowledged him in awe and excitement. I felt a powerful intelligence, and also sensed that the being was ancient in its age, maybe hundreds or even thousands of years old. Most strange of all was an intense feeling of love I felt for the being. More specifically, it was the kind of deep time-tested affection you have for a care-taker or guardian, like seeing a beloved uncle or an older brother whom you haven’t seen in years. Almost right from the beginning, there was a background feeling that not only was this not the first time we had met, but that at some deeper level of reality, I had had a relationship with this being for possibly my entire life."

My First Encounter with a Mantis ET during an Ayahuasca Ceremony

Part One of a Series of Experiences

What I am going to relate is a series of experiences I’ve had with a being that seems to fit the description of a Mantis Extraterrestrial, or what I’ve gleaned about this race of ET beings from the ufology lore. I must say that these experiences are so strangely bizarre to me that I am still living in a kind of philosophical schizophrenia; where, on one side, a large and important aspect of my philosophical and spiritual life - what truly captivates me - has to do with a relationship apparently with an intelligence truly from another world, even another dimension; whereas on the other side, my rational mind, and my training in philosophy, squeamishly and absolutely rejects this interpretation as impossible, or at least very very unlikely.

Yet I am convinced generally that off world contact is not only occurring, but ancient and protean in its reality. As I rationally explore the UFO phenomenon, sifting through the endless vistas of evidence, step by step my rational mind is deciding that there is something undeniable going on. So things are always improbable until they are actual. Now, as an experiment in trying to make sense of this relationship, I have decided to write about it, and to see where that takes me.






As an empiricist and an experimentalist, my attitude has tried to be non-judgmental and skeptical, meaning open to some new kind of reality that may contradict my current beliefs. Someone might say, but what if this turns out to be all some bizarre fantasy, wouldn’t that be terrible? To which I say, but what if it is in fact real, and you overlook it because you are too squeamish to look too closely? Which would be the worse epistemological sin?

In any case, as my worldview has been demolished multiple times in the past ten years due to astounding experiences I’ve had in other domains of reality, I feel I am now well placed, if the phenomena is in fact real, to be able to appreciate it for what it really is, or what it might be prove to be at the long end of our challenge to understand this new reality. I am an epistemological anarchist, meaning that I do not believe in epistemological fundamentalism - the idea that there is only one true path to knowledge, to Truth. New realities require new forms of perception and cognition, and therefore different criteria for proof, for evidence, for interpretation. Imagine the implications if these beings are, as seems to be the case, thousands or millions years ahead of us technologically, and possibly spiritually and morally as well? Will our current forms of knowledge and models of reality be adequate for exploring and understanding this new world?

So I’ll begin with the beginning of my conscious awareness of this relationship with this entity. Just describing the circumstances of his first appearance is itself a task since that afternoon would have been extraordinary and life-changing even if the being had not appeared. The occasion was the third day of a three day Ayahuasca ceremony. It is surely Ayahuasca and more specifically, communication with Madracitta, or “Grandmother” spirit which the ingestion of the Ayahuasca brew facilitates, that I must credit with opening up the relationship.

If the reader is unfamiliar with Ayahuasca, it is the most powerful plant medicine in the world, and the center of an ancient shamanic tradition based in South America going back thousands of years. Unlike other psychedelic or entheogenic substances I have experienced, Ayahuasca is the first medicine which allowed me to have telepathic communications with non-human entities. I had believed philosophically before this, that such communications were possible. But it’s one thing to believe such a thing is possible, and it is quite another, as I discovered, to actually experience it firsthand. Shamans in Peru sometimes refer to Ayahuasca as ‘television of the jungle’ for the ways it facilitates communication between different kinds of being and levels of reality. Those who haven’t experienced this level of perception may scoff at such talk, but you cannot possibly know what this is like or what it truly is unless you’ve done the experiment.

Encountering the Madracitta spirit which guides the healing experience during ceremony, and which serves as a spiritual teacher and profound healer is itself a life-changing, worldview-destroying event. For me, it destroyed two firm beliefs that are part of the standard materialist worldview that currently dominates our culture: (1) the belief that human beings are the top of the intellectual-cognitive food chain, and (2) the belief in our fundamental cognitive separateness, that universal communication between beings is impossible. So, just the experience of telepathy was shattering and astounding in itself, and talking with a being that seemed to be more spiritually and philosophically evolved than human beings was even more world-destroying. I was discovering via my own direct, first-hand experience, the reality of a spirit world for the first time. Three years later, I am still stunned with wonder as I begin to assemble a new worldview, this one incorporating the reality of Spirit. It’s like there’s a whole new axis about which my life now turns, everything has a new meaning, and radiates with profound mysteriousness.

We are All Consciousness of Earth’s Ascension. We are the group consciousness of fifth dimensional Earth. We call ourselves ACEA because the combination of these four letters has the highest resonance. We are always in search of more conscious members.

We say “conscious” because EVERYONE on planet Earth has a fifth dimensional self and EVERY fifth dimensional being of earth is a member of ACEA. ACEA is not a club which one has to join. ACEA is a resonance, which represents the combined consciousness of fifth dimensional Earth. Within the fifth dimension there is no other way.

Much as you are joined with your cell phones and other communication devices, we are all are joined in conscious communication within the “no-time” of our NOW. However, just as you are individuals, we too are individuals except that we do not need cell phones or any other mechanical devices to commune and communicate with each other.

We wish to speak with you NOW about fifth dimensional Earth. We feel your confusion as some writings talk about “forming fifth dimensional Earth.” But, of course, you know that it is the lower dimensions that are formed from the higher ones—not the other way around. Therefore, the fifth dimension has been in existence since before the existence of the third and fourth dimensions.

The first rule to assist you to perceive our/your fifth dimensional reality is:

Now, let us look again at our fifth dimensional world.
Close your eyes first and see our fifth dimensional world with your minds…

Use your imagination, which is fifth dimensional thought, to see how your third dimensional world easily blends into our fifth dimensional reality.
We will assist you by giving you ONE, fifth dimensional vision on which you can focus:

Can you hear it flow into the lovely flower-surrounded pool?
The waterfall is made of waters of light that radiate lovely fifth-dimensional colors and tones as they fall on the crystal rocks.

The pool responds to your thoughts and can be warm or cool, still or churning, depending upon your desire. The view out of your window, which is directly next to you, is of beautiful redwood trees or the ocean, again depending upon your desire. Your desk and computer is your communication center where you can contact any starship, star system, or another earthling.

As your consciousness expands into a deep meditative state, the fifth dimensional world is no longer a realm to imagine, but a place where you/we live. Your transition is gradual so that you can slowly release all thoughts of limitation and feelings of fear.

At first, our fifth dimensional world may flicker in and out of you awareness. As long as you are able to remain calm and detached from the third and fourth dimensional dramas around you, you will experience a moment of calm joy. Within that moment, the fifth dimension can be perceived.

For as long as you can maintain your higher state of consciousness, the lens of your inner eyes will allow you to click into your fifth dimensional perceptions. You and then continue what you are doing, except that you will do it in a higher dimensional manner.

For example, if you are eating and click into the fifth dimension, you will find yourself in a correlate fifth dimensional location. This fifth dimensional location will and activity will subtly change.

Since there is no need to eat on the fifth dimension, you will instead be nourishing yourself in a fifth dimensional way. For example, if you are eating with friends or family, instead of putting food into your mouths, you will be able to feel the nourishing experience of sharing Light with loved ones.

If you are alone, instead be meditating, you may be moving your body in a creative and joyful way. Or you may simply be breathing in the Spirit that is within the Light of our fifth dimensional world. We capitalize the word “light” here because fifth dimensional Light is very different from third dimensional light.

Light on the fifth dimension is alive with consciousness and can take forms according to your desire. For example, the waters of light on the fifth dimension appear to be fluid, as they are actually liquid light. Liquid Light can take any form to appear as water, land, sky, flowers, animals, human, etc.

These waters of light bring a form of nourishment into your system as if drink them. Also, since you can easily breathe while in these waters, you can swim “underwater” for as long as you desire.

When beings first come to the fifth dimension, they usually need to “eat” until they can believe that nourishment is free and automatic and that they do not need to hold any intention towards eating. The need to partake of another life form, whether it is animal or plant, is one of the most difficult changes for new arrivals. This is because of the “fear of survival” that creates a “hunger.”

“Fear of survival” is a base program that is established for all third-dimensional life forms. If you did not have fear of survival, actually fear that you will not survive, you would not take the precautions that are necessary to continue your physical existence. Your third dimensional “survival program” is very difficult to override, even when your body is no longer three-dimensional.

Now allow us to tell you how to enter our world. Joy and peace is the state of consciousness that is necessary to access our reality. Much as one has to choose a number to receive a radio station, you need to choose a state of consciousness to access our fifth-dimensional reality.

To expand your consciousness enough to enter our world, you need to detach your consciousness from the fears and dramas of you physical life. Of course, you cannot deny what is happening around you because it is real. But to perceive our/your reality you will need to perceive and attend to the higher dimensional octaves of your third dimensional reality.

With practice, you will begin to see the higher dimensions of every aspect of your personal life and of the world about you. For example, let us look at politics. Allow yourself to see the higher dimensional aspects of your myriad 3D conflicts, whether they are bombings, famine, or political unrest. Do you see the peace, unity and love that are being sent down into the third dimensional darkness?

Many people’s beliefs are so entrenched in the third dimension that they “believe” they must go through a physical death in order to accept a new reality. Therefore, for them, it is true. Fortunately, some people are able to believe that they can experience the higher dimensions without dying, but they believe that they must go through a symbolic death first. Therefore, that is true for them. In the third dimension you have the belief that death is leaving life, but to us in the fifth dimension, third dimensional “death” is returning to life.

Because the consciousness of the masses is quickly shifting, there will be political unrest. As each person changes their personal consciousness they will wish to change the group consciousness as well. The fifth dimensional correlate of politics is a harmonious and united group consciousness. Once there is truly a group consciousness, then an external government will no longer be necessary.

As each person embraces Unconditional Love and moves into the fifth dimension, they will have complete rule over their own lower, selfish urges. No external system of rules is necessary when all members of the society can rule themselves.

Furthermore, reality is instantly created by your own thoughts and emotions. If you do not wish to share the experiences of those around you, you simply change you mind by calibrating your consciousness to a higher frequency.

Remember: WHAT IS IN YOUR MIND—IS IN YOUR LIFE.

As you sit in your fifth dimensional reality, feel how your shoulders relax and your heart opens. Your breath is slow and easy and you can hear the music of the spheres. Feel the deep love that resonates from our world. Believe that our Love will assist you in manifesting all that you desire.

Now, take this feeling into your day and carry it with you. This expanded self is who you truly are. The portion of you that appears to be limited, separate, or even afraid, is an illusion. It does not exist. We know that it is difficult for you to comprehend that who you presently see as your self, is only an illusion and NOT your true SELF.

Therefore, allow us to explain how this is true. You see, you—all of you in the lower dimensions—are also here with us in the fifth dimension. You went down into the physical plane and got scared. It was the fear that made you forget. Fear caused you to forget to believe that you are really fifth dimensional. Fear has caused you forget to love yourself and love the reason you came to third dimensional Earth.

You have all waited and prepared for many lives for this wonderful opportunity to be able to consciously raise your consciousness into the fifth dimension—with the ENTIRE PLANET. What an opportunity!

But, you all forgot. Fear made you break the connection with your true, fifth dimensional SELF. We of ACEA are like lifeguards throwing life preservers to those who are drowning in their forgetfulness. Grab that line. Keep the connection.

Remember that the second rule of manifesting a fifth dimensional reality is:

As often, we can perceive and enjoy movies as entertaining and inspiring tools for contemplation and even meditation. And here, in this well-made movie, "Into the Storm", you have huge huge huge and spectacular tornadoes, everywhere. And when you are in the center of the tornado, you go up and up, in the stillness and towards upper levels, towards the sky and into the light (through 3D death....).

The Message Hidden Inside the LIGHT

Dear Arcturians,
Is there a message for me today?

Yes, dear, Earth Emissary,
There is a message for you every day, every hour and every minute. There is, in fact, a steady flow of Light Language energy packages that infinitely flow from our dimension, our Mothership and our collective hearts into the hearts of our very brave volunteers.

Your family and friends aboard the Ship all hold you all in great esteem. Among them is your own higher expression of SELF who has sacrificed a component of sacred essence to live within your earth vessel.

We come to you all today to assist you in remembering how to read your Light Language packages. We know that you feel these messages are within your heart, but your earth vessel self may not realize that that brief feeling of love and inner peace is because you have just received another Light Language package, which we will now refer to as Packages from Home.

On the Ship we send a thoughtform to each other when we perceive that our human representative is ready for and/or needs another light package. More and more of you are beginning to remember and acknowledge your higher dimensional SELF on the Ship and/or serving in higher dimensions. Many of you are also becoming aware of the YOU who is serving on Fifth Dimensional “New Earth.”

Actually “New Earth” is much older than the 3D Earth that your earth vessel inhabits. As you are beginning to remember, creation flows from the higher dimensions and down into the lower ones. Therefore, just as you all have sent down a component of your personal multidimensional essence into you personal earth vessel, Gaia has sent a component of Her planetary multidimensional essence into her planetary vessel.

It is important within this NOW that you all remember that Gaia is a living, planetary being. This remembrance completes the circle of incarnation. When many of you all first took an incarnation on Gaia as what you now call the “indigenous people” you knew that Gaia was an alive being. You also knew that you were in deep unity with all the members of your tribe.

It is the forgetting of unity consciousness with your “people” and your “planet” that sent humanity gotten off track from their original goal. Therefore, it is the remembrance of Unity with ALL Life that will release you from the matrix of the 3D wheel of life and death. However, when we say “you” we mean your personal AND your planetary expressions of SELF.

We will now remind you of YOUR planetary expression of your SELF. Your planetary expression is the earth vessel, which is the envelope for your multidimensional consciousness. This earth vessel is made of the elements of the planet. Hence it is deeply entwined with the planet. Thinking that your human form was more important than your planetary form is where your path to ascension took a wrong turn.

You thought that taking a human form would allow you to assist humanity, as humans are the primary reason why Gaia has not completed her ascension. All your multidimensional expressions have realized that fact. Therefore, you sent your essence, not just into the elementals of a human being, but into the elements of Gaia’s planetary being.

Therefore, you are not just ON the planet. You are also OF the planet. Your humanoid earth vessel is of the same earth, air, fire and water as your planetary earth vessel. Can you take a moment to allow yourself to FEEL how it feels to actually BE a component of the planet? Just as you imagine that the ground, the rocks, the water, the land, the plants the animals are members of the planet, so are YOU.

Allow the concept of being an actual member of the planet to replace your old image of be on the planet. You were ON the planet, but not OF the planet. Therefore, you could destroy the planet without destroying your self. At least, that is what humanity thought before there were so many of you incarnated at the same “time.”

There are many humans who act as if they are children who broke their toy and want their parents to buy them a new one. A child does not consider that it was their responsibility to take good care of that toy and treasure it, or he/she would not have broken it.

Where did humanity forget that Gaia was an alive planetary being? It was when the force of power over others separated them from the land and from their tribe. They no longer needed to live as a tribe, but sought to become individuals. Yes, the seeking of individuality was one of the goals you set when you decided to join the evolution of Earth. However, because you sought individuality, you shunned unity.

If Gaia had not chosen to display the extremes of polarity, if Gaia had not chosen to be a free will planet, the issues that you face today would not have occurred. However, Gaia is an exceptionally brave and daring being and wanted to be a vastly diverse planet, which she is.

Since there are few planets that have the degree of diversity of Earth in your sector of time/space, She was not aware of the challenges that her choice would reveal. Gaia did not know that her beings would turn on each other. The plant and animal kingdom do feed off of other beings and/or plants, but they do so for survival.

On the other hand, humans learned to “feed off” of others so that they could gain control of them. Part of the problem was that many renegade beings from other planets, solar systems and even galaxies wanted to experience this greatly diverse reality. Some of them had evolved into higher states of consciousness, so they knew that all life was ONE.

However, some of Earth’s early visitors were still in the state of power-over-others when they came to visit Earth. Just as many of the evolved early humanoids and higher beings to Earth stayed on Earth, some of the un-evolved power over others visitors stayed.

For many millennia these two groups remained distant and did not inter-act. Therefore, there were not wars, but since they remained so separate a suspicion began to grow between them. Uncountable generations later, the fighting began.

Some civilizations were literally “whipped off the face of the Earth.” Some, such as Lemuria moved into the core of the Earth. Unfortunately, divergent groups who had not chosen to intermingle with each other made different decisions. Then, because they were so separate, they did not learn about each other.

Since the unknown is the greatest source of fear, much fear began to fill the peoples, auras, water and earth of Gaia’s planet. Gaia, who is a kind and loving mother, tried to find a manner in which her people could ban together in unity consciousness. She wanted them to come into unity because She offered them beautiful oceans with plentiful food, rain that watered their crops and fire that kept them warm.

But the peoples did not ban together for joy and appreciation of their wonderful life. Each individual group was able to do this, but the groups still remained separate. The extreme separation of the tribes created fear, judgment, anger, war, sorrow and pain in the emotions and thoughts of the people.

These thoughts and emotions went into the elements of the human’s body, breath, lungs, neurological synapses and bodily fluids. They then breathed out these distorted elements into to elements of Gaia’s planets. The earth of Gaia’s land was polluted and over farmed. Blood from human wars and massacre of animals bleed into the soil to mix with the tears of loss and sorrow.

The air of Gaia’s atmosphere became filled with fear-based emotions and the water was tainted with the poison of fear and anger. The only way that Gaia could release these toxins was to have what human’s called a “storm.” The winds of the storm cleared the air, the water cleaned the plants, animals and humans, and the fire released that which had reached it’s completion. Also, huge bodies of earth moved as a component of Gaia’s natural landscape changes.

These natural responses of Gaia to clean Her planet where thought of a “great punishments” set upon the peoples. They even offered virgins as a sacrifice to appease the angry planet. But Gaia was not an angry planet. She was just trying to clean up the mess her humans had made.

Did the humans say, “Thank you Gaia for cleaning up our mess”? No they quivered in fear of the planet and thought of it as a “thing” of which they were not a part. With every era there were some humans who understood that Gaia was an alive being. They loved Her, but often gave sacrifices to Her. Gaia did not want a sacrifice, but a bit of gratitude would be nice.

For eon upon eon the same story was repeated again and again. “Will humanity ever evolve enough to remember that they too are a part of my body?” wondered Gaia. Then, finally, certain humans began to awaken to their own higher expressions of SELF. Once they began to merge with their own higher frequencies of their SELF, they began to perceive Earth in a very different manner.

Some, and there was not many for a very long time, began to remember what they knew before they were born into the small, dense form of a third dimensional human. This memory reminded them that they were much more than the small vessel that they were wearing. Then some of them realized that if they had a “Soul” then all life must have a Soul.

Of course the concept of “all life” having a soul, a spirit, a higher emanation was not a popular idea and those who had it were often killed and/or tortured. Aeon after aeon, the brave, awake humans returned and many of them died trying to tell other humans what they had learned.

Then a Golden Age began in Gaia’s time/space. The world was still very hostile, but more evolved and higher dimensional ones could take a human form with the intention of assisting Gaia. The NOW had finally arrived in which Gaia could get assistance from the very humans who had created such havoc on Her planet.

There were still many humans lost to old ways of fear, domination, war, desperation etc. etc. However, there was a new frequency of light that was entering Gaia’s body and the bodies of all her plants, animals, and even humans. Many human feared the light or wanted to use it for their own selfish intentions. Other humans tried to hide the light from the awareness of others.

But, there were some humans who began to remember who they were in the higher frequencies of their consciousness. At first this memory wafted through their hearts like a warm ray of light or a bright smile of a loved one. The feeling was unique and frightened many of them who turned away from it with fear and suspicion.

Others, the same ones who had taken bodies again and again over many eras, recognized this light. At first, they could not “put their finger” on what it reminded them of, but it felt so good that they accepted the light. The more they accepted the light, the better they felt and the better they felt, the more light they could accept.

Gradually, just as they had allowed themselves to be a part of the planet, they also became a part of the light. OH!! It felt so wonderful to be a part of the light that they unified with the light more and more. Then an interesting thing began to occur. Those who had accepted and unified with the light began to accept and unify with each other.

People from all over Earth, from different areas, religions, cultures, genders, ages, interests began to communicate with each other. They began to accept each other for exactly who they were. After all, the light had unconditionally accepted them. And, since they had become the light and the light had become them, they could accept them self.

Even more wonderful, they began to openly accept others. At first they only accepted those who had also accepted the light. Then, gradually, the light transmuted them in such a manner that they could not see how people were different. They could only perceive how people were the same.

When they looked through their own light into the face of another, the light seemed to unite them in some strange manner. Even though they did not know how the light had caused this deep acceptance and resulting unity, it felt so glorious, so very safe and so very much like what they all called “Home.”

Then, more and more people began to think about a place called Home. Where was this place? Was it far, far away on another world? “NO,” said the inner light as they asked that question. “I AM your Home. I AM You and I AM Gaia.” You were always home, but you did not have the light to believe it.

“I AM all of you within the ONE of the NOW,” whispered the light into the hearts and minds of the humans. The whisper was very soft and could only be heard when the human focused on their own inner light. But when they did, when they focused on their own inner light, they remembered.

They remembered the “thought” of unity with all life. They remembered the “emotion” of love for all life. Then, one by one, then two by two, then four by four, eight by eight … a memory began to sweep through the bodies of the humans and into and through the body of Gaia. That memory reminded them that:

“I AM Home within the NOW ~ and so is every ONE.”

We come with greetings of love and grace to assist all who seek change and deeper awareness. We observe that many have already accomplished this; you have done the work and are beginning to see the fruitage of that work.

As Gaia lifts into ever higher dimensional levels, many are beginning to more easily experience and integrate the deeper truths. Concepts previously taken for granted as being truth, have become no longer acceptable to ever increasing numbers of people. Some holding positions of leadership or fame who comfortably spewed lies or acted in ways to enhance their own power, authority, wealth, and self aggrandizement, are being exposed. This is happening because so many have begun to listen to and act upon their intuition instead of simply accepting "bought and paid for" sources of information. You are awakening from the dream.

Always listen to your intuition dear ones. Even if at first you are unable to fully trust, make a mental note of what you receive. Intuitive guidance and knowledge comes from soul, it is you, and will guide you through every situation of every day if you acknowledge and allow it. As you evolve and begin to trust more deeply in your own Divine nature, intuition will simply become ordinary, no longer needing to be practiced.

The world in general has been trained lifetime after lifetime to look outside of itself for answers, guidance, and happiness which makes perfect sense in a world of duality and separation, for most did not realize there was anywhere else to look. However, since duality automatically manifests as pairs of opposites, the results of looking to the outer are sometimes good, and sometimes not so good.

Most of you are no longer of this energy, you have "graduated" and come to know that the outer things are interpretations of consciousness. Mind is the substance of matter. In third dimensional consciousness, the outer is most often formed through human effort--matter manipulated to make it work. However, because there is no law supporting man made forms, there is nothing to hold them in place-- a lesson many are painfully learning at this time.

Those who have always achieved exactly what they desired regardless of any harm it may of caused other humans or Gaia, are now finding or soon will find that these manipulative ways no longer work, this type of energy is dissolving. Many who presently sit comfortably on thrones made of ego and self importance will discover that they sit within castles made of sand.

The new and higher resonating energies do not eliminate wealth or power but serve to lift it into higher forms. Abundance is a quality of the Divine, ever present already within every individual and held infinitely in place by Divine Law. The higher consciousness of abundance in all its forms flows easily and infinitely as oneness, love, and service--never a tool for personal selfishness. There is nothing evil or wrong about financial abundance. Like all other qualities of the Divine, through the belief in two powers, abundance has been misinterpreted and thus manifests in the world as either too much or too little. Remember, you are powerful beings, your thoughts and words create, and each time you say; "I don't have.", mind interprets that and forms it in your outer experience.

Arcturian Group wishes to discuss change. We observe many who retreat into fear and resistance whenever the familiar dissolves or changes. When old forms dissolve, know that the Divine idea behind the form is still present. Divine Ideas are changeless and are held forever in place by Divine Law. Because of this, newer and better forms of every Divine Idea take the place of that which dissolves--if you allow it.

Example: At one point the Divine idea of Omnipresence was interpreted in human consciousness as walking, then evolved to riding horses, then to horses pulling sleds or carriages. Then came the model T and all that has followed it--Omnipresence manifesting as jet planes, elegant automobiles, and fast rails, and it does not end there, there is no end. Divine ideas never change, what the world lives and sees depends upon how these ideas are interpreted according to the consensus consciousness or individuals. This is what you are lifting into more Light.

There are those who still base their sense of self in whatever perceived qualities of value they have--how beautiful they are, how much money they make, or how fashionably they dress . This is seen in the mindless worship and imitation of the rich and famous. Individuals drawn to imitation are not yet awake to their own Divine Nature, and so have no real sense of self worth. This state of consciousness frequently lashes out through violence because the individual feels left out, unworthy, and rejected. They are frequently are drawn to positions of authority where they are able to act out legally.

Some with a consciousness of unworthiness simply choose to suffer silently, but their energy field often attracts those of a "bully" state of consciousness because both carry the same energy of unworthiness--like energy attracts like energy. Bullying cannot be solved by punishment, but by the attainment of a sense of worth within the individual. These types of issues are usually carried from past life experiences and need to be cleared at their root, not with medication but with truth.

Many fear the loss of themselves in the process of evolution. Over lifetimes of infinite experience as human beings, every person develops a personal sense of self and is usually ready to defend it at all costs. When an individual begins to realize that he must move beyond many of the very qualities he believes to be who he is, he panics. This can be a terrifying experience especially for strong personalities and is the point at which some choose to end their spiritual quest.

Your claim to fame, your personality--you, must be surrendered in order to evolve?? Surely not! What will be left? Nothing? It is at this point that many strong, powerful, and outgoing individuals begin to visualize the holy cards nuns handed out to school children--men and women with eyes raised and hands folded--booooring. Nah!

Never fear losing anything real dear ones, for you only ever release and leave behind that false sense of self you have been entertaining about who and what you are. Nothing real can ever be lost. You will discover that you are still you, now empowered in higher ways of seeing and being as the real aspects of you become stronger and more enhanced. You are becoming a new and improved version.

As evolved individuals, you will continue to live and move and be in the world, but be much less touched by it. You will find yourselves able to enter the fray of work, home, or play, and not be tempted to enter into it. There is no longer anything for lower resonating energies to attach to for your energy field is now of a higher resonance.

This is Lightwork dear ones. You came to awaken, evolve, and then help those struggling to do the same. Forget any dreams you may of had about ascending and then sitting back comfortably as an observer for the rest of your time on earth, or skipping off to a quiet convent or monastery. No, any Light you attain is not only for you, but for the world in whatever ways or places you may find yourselves.

Many of you are beginning to experience all sorts of odd situations because you have become carriers of Light--Light workers. Do not be surprised or put off by the experiences that may start to come your way, for you will be drawn to where you are needed and those who need you (not want) will be drawn to you. As Lightworkers you will soon find that any old concepts you may still hold of "proper, dignified, or correct" go out the window but at the same time you will discover in this work a love for mankind that you did not know you were capable of. Lightwork dear ones, consists of being the Light in whatever form it is needed. It goes with you wherever you go because it is you.

If you have been in some difficult situation (home, work, relationship) you will start to notice that it is unable to affect you as it once did simply because you no longer resonate with that energy or give it power. This often represents a completion of some sort and is usually part of one's soul contract. Spiritual resolution of some old karmic issue gives an individual freedom to leave the situation, or even find himself somehow removed from it. However, there are times in which these situations are a person's chosen Lightwork, that is to simply to remain and be the Light. Always ask for Guidance and trust your intuition.

Soon you are going to be seeing more and more change that you will recognize as spiritual. Up to this point you have all wondered when you will see some proof that all the evolutionary ideas are real. Do not expect changes to appear as explosions dear ones, but seek intuitively behind the headlines, and on the faces and in the words of those around you. Examine how you feel about what is going on in the world today versus a year or two ago.

Much of the violence in the Middle East is very old, ancient energy that must be cleared and played out in order for Gaia to clear herself. Your focus must be on spiritual growth and awareness and then the living of it, for you have nothing to offer the world if you remain in the same old universal belief system.

If you are clearing old energies and resolving old karmic situations, allow the process but do not get so enmeshed in them that you spend the rest of your life laying on a couch declaring that you can do nothing because you are clearing. If you are guided toward some action, do it. If you are guided to be silent and hold the energy of Light for some world situation or person, do it. It is a new time in which old solutions and rules no longer work so it is fruitless to keep trying to make them work.

In this new time and new energy, rejoice dear ones for you are very close to seeing a new earth.

Uranus says, “There is not choice. It is the NOW,” and Pluto says, “Whatever cannot be transmuted must be released.” Therefore, the combination of these many, simultaneous energy fields represent a radical reboot to transmute the structure of personal, governmental and planetary consciousness.

Events within the NOW of the Spring Equinox

Question: I feel like there is some thing really big coming. Is that correct?

Arcturians:
You are very correct that there is a major activation that is coming into beingness around, during and after what you would call the “time” of the Spring Equinox. There are two reasons why activation energy field is being released around that moment of the NOW.

SPRING EQUINOX

One reason is because it is the Spring Equinox, which is signals the end of the long winter and the beginning of spring. Hence, it is a Now in which people are more happy than usual. People who have suffered through long winters, just as the winter in the Northeast of the United States, are happy to welcome the return of spring.

Winter represents the season in which whatever is too old or has reached the end of it cycle is released form the 3D Matrix. On the other hand, spring is a time of birth and rebirth. New animals are born and plants that slept through the long winter blossom into the “flowers” of spring.

SPRING EQUINOX

During this Spring Equinox many of the old ways of thinking and perceiving must be “let go,” as they will not fit the new paradigm. Spring of 2015 will welcome new way of thinking so that you can perceive the higher dimensions.

Of course, your thoughts influence your perceptions, AND your perceptions influence your thoughts. When your thoughts are, “Okay, NOW we are going into the next phase, they influence your perceptions to be aware of what they will discover in the new season. Then, as more and more people perceive a shift, it makes it safer for other to allow their new hopes and desires to manifest.

Hence, as the winter ends and spring begins there is an opportunity for new thoughts and new expectations to enter your consciousness. Once you expect something new, you will look for signs of something new and fresh to enter your reality. Therefore, spring is a perfect moment of the NOW to bring in energy fields that are filled with unconditional love and Violet Fire.

SOLAR ECLIPSE

Along with that beginning of spring is the solar eclipse that is occurring within the same NOW. A Solar Eclipse represents a reset. You are all aware that sometimes your computers will get confused, and you have to turn them off to reset the system. Then turn them on again.

When you reset the Sun with an eclipse it is very different then when you reset the Moon. However, the solar eclipse and the lunar eclipse are close to each other within your time zone. The solar, male, Sun, represents the initiation of the shift from the current energy field into a higher frequency energy field.

The Lunar Eclipse, female, brings in and absorbs the energy fields that you have been living in from the time between the Solar and the Lunar Eclipse. In that “in between” you have a chance to integrate the energy into your body, your consciousness, your perceptions and your daily life.

ASTROLOGICAL ENERGY FIELDS

Another very important influence on this incoming energy field is that Uranus and Pluto in the sky are finally completing their dance of squaring each other by being 90 degrees apart from each other in the sky. In order to best explain the meaning of Pluto square Uranus, we will look at the two planets individually.

Pluto represents an extreme transmutation of a given energy field. We say “extreme” because with Pluto transmutation something often needs to “die.” In other words, some component of the old energy field will need to be completely released and cross over into the next dimension. Uranus represents “do it NOW.”

Therefore the release of certain energy patterns will be released within the NOW of the end of the winter cycle and beginning of the spring cycle of the solar eclipse.

SIGNS OF THE PLANETS

Now, let us look at the sign in which each of these planets are currently residing. The sign of a planet is the “energy field” which is constantly influencing that planet.

Both Pluto and Uranus have been in their “signs” for half of the cycle of that sign. (15 degrees of the 30 degrees of each sign.) Pluto is in Capricorn. Among other things, Capricorn represents world governments. Pluto is half way through its process of the transmutation process of world governments.

Uranus is in Aries, which among other things represents new beginnings, new births. Uranus is half way through the process of “new birth.” Therefore, the signs of the planets say, “Transmutation of world governments is occurring NOW.”

ASPECTS OF PLANETS

A square, 90 degrees apart, represents potential power. Each aspect can be represented like rivers. A conjunction, 10 degrees, is like two rivers traveling side by side. A trine, 120 degrees, is the best way for two rivers to merge into one river and a square, 90 degrees, is much like a waterfall. If you try to ignore that you are coming to a waterfall, you could easily drown. However, if you build a dam at the base of the waterfall, you will gain great power.

To summarize, Uranus is ready to bring in the transit NOW to begin a NEW way of thinking and perceiving reality. The energy of Uranus cannot be ignored, as it WILL influence your life whether or not you are ready. The energy of Pluto, on the other hand, is very quiet, but moves into your deepest and highest states of consciousness to transmute your experiences and reactions to life

Arcturian Answer:
Seven, of course, is a very powerful number. The number 7 often represents the seeker of the truth (Uranus), and is willing to overturn every rock to find that truth (Pluto). 7 is a metaphysical, and hence a multidimensional, number.

Much like Plutonian energy, the number 7 often represents alchemical changes. There are great alchemical changes that will begin to occur on a cellular level. In fact the changes will begin at the level of the elements of Earth, Air, Fire, Water, as these 3D elements transmute into 5D elementals.

Therefore, as reality begins to shift, it shifts at the very beginnings of ALL life. Everything on Planet Earth is a member of the Elemental Kingdom, thus everything is shifting. Those who are aware and prepared for the re-boot will shift as quickly as their physical bodies and psychological brain waves are able to embrace. Then it will be their assignment to assist others with their reboot.

The reboot will move through states of consciousness, which is why we instructed Suzille to write the long series on "States of Consciousness." We want people to realize that different states of consciousness activate different perceptions.

Humans, even our own emissaries to Earth of whom you have spoken, will not be able to perceive these shifts unless they are in a fifth-dimensional state of consciousness, which would be at Delta or preferably and Gamma Wave Consciousness.

During this process it will be helpful if you allow your body to rest. Remember, when your computer is rebooting you are unable to use it. It may feel similar with your human form. Do not fight the feeling. Instead, meditate, relax, laugh with friends, eat sparsely and get a lot of sleep.

In other words, the elements of your body will need to be still. Then you can meditate to expand your consciousness into a higher frequency of awareness. The energies will enter your form via your Pineal Gland, but the process will occur in your Multidimensional Mind.

Your Multidimensional Mind will better grasp the situation as it resonates to the fifth dimension and beyond. Once the perception of your re-boot is stored in your Multidimensional Mind it can later be downloaded into your third-dimensional brain. Your Multidimensional Mind can accept the entire hit at once because it will come in as a blast of the Now.

Your 3D brain or the 3D body could be harmed by that sudden download. Therefore, the energy will first go into the multi-dimensional mind where it’s all stored in your personal “external hard drive.” Then your physical brain, the computer for the third-dimensional vehicle, can gradually download what your state of consciousness and physical form can safely accept.

Each of you will download what is in alignment with your personal mission first and then move on to Gaia’s planetary mission. It is important that you all hold your own pieces of the picture. Then you will be called on to connect in Planetary Consciousness in order to gain the entire energy package. Only while you are in “Planetary Unity Consciousness,” will you be able to put together the pieces of this huge, planetary “jigsaw puzzle.”

Finishing this jigsaw puzzle will take what you as humans perceive as time, but we as Arcturians and we as Galactics all perceive as “The Now.” Those that are in communion with their fifth dimensional, and beyond, expressions of SELF, will also receive the energy within the Now.

Those of you who are consciously connected with your Multidimensional SELF will be able to experience a unique experience of feeling this energetic download in the Now. But you will also recognize that it will take “time” for this translation of energy to be shared on the third and fourth dimension.

Question: Is there a danger we need to prepare for?

Arcturians:

We do not feel danger. If you are afraid, your consciousness will drop and you will miss the entire experience. However, if you embrace the energy filed of Unconditional Love and encircle yourself in the Violet Fire, your transmutation will feel like infinite love and transmutation—which it IS!

To assure a calmer experience, practice holding Unconditional Love while you encircle yourself with Violet Fire. The Violet Fire encircling you allows you to step-down any transmutation process in a manner that does not damage your physical form, frighten your emotional body and/or confuse your mental body.

Also, focus on your Multidimensional Mind so that your 3D brain doesn’t get upset trying to take in an energy field that is beyond time and try to place it into your 3D brain, which is prepared to accept that frequency of energy.

There are certain protections and firewalls that occur at certain levels of initiation. As we have said, we have downloaded a fragment of our multidimensional essence into the physical bodies of our “volunteers to Ascending Earth.” This download is more than just DNA. We/YOU have actually sent a percentage of the essence of your higher dimensional SELF into the earth vessel you are currently wearing.

Therefore, our “volunteers to Earth” have two sets of DNA. One is in the third and fourth dimension and the other is fifth-dimension. These two frequencies of DNA are intertwined, but your third dimensional machines can only view the 3D strands DNA.

You, our volunteers, will be among the initial holders of these new energy fields because you have already spent your entire life holding two different frequencies of DNA. The component of your DNA that will contain this energy is what has been called “junk DNA.” This DNA, erroneously labeled as junk, is actually 97% of your DNA, which contains small, multidimensional wormholes that are the foundation of your Lightbody.

It is through these wormholes that you will integrate the energy field of the eclipse, as well as all the other marvelous energies stored in your Multidimensional Mind. When you are ready, you will slowly release your fifth dimensional essence into your 3D brain, and then into your 3D body via the “wormholes” of your Junk DNA.

Question: Is it true that our process begins when we merge our thoughts and emotions to create thoughtforms of Ascension?

Yes, Because of the transmutational energy fields you are moving into your fifth-dimensional consciousness. Then you fifth-dimensional consciousness will greatly accelerate your powers of manifestation. However, you will need to BE the master of your thoughts and emotions because “What you think about, you will bring about.”

Also, when you couple your thoughts with your emotions, you create thoughtforms that precede you through your life. In this manner you can remember how to be the creator of your own life. Do you remember how often your fell when your learned to walk or how difficult it was to learn to talk? In a manner, you are going through that same process NOW.

You are remembering how to walk into and communicate with a higher frequency of reality that you have largely forgotten. Therefore, you will likely become confused or doubt your self, which is when you call in unconditional love and the Violet Fire.

The unconditional love will allow you to “make mistakes” without any judgment, and the Violet Fire will aid you with your transmutation back to your true Lightbody. Many of our dear volunteers to ascending Earth are remembering that time is an illusion and that living in the NOW greatly assists their conscious reconnection with their true, Multidimensional SELF in the higher frequencies of reality.

My dear friends I have not directly communicated with you since the closure of our wonderful adventures. Mostly because my energy field was sifting so fast that I was overwhelmed. The energy in the classes pushed my frequency into higher states than ever before, and I had to find a way to integrate it.

Fortunately, I have love and lots of creativity in my life. Therefore my emotions are pretty centered which is a very good thing because my mind, my perceptions and my thoughts have been off the map. It is as if someone has turned the Light on in there and my cognitive, perceptive, conceptual and communication abilities have been vivid and speeding into higher and higher frequencies.

It is as if I am needing to find my pace and get ready to batten down the hatches, but not because something bad will happen, but because something higher-dimensional is coming and life will change a lot.

I know it could be the Galactics landing, but that does not feel totally correct. It is more that our realities are beginning to change and more realities are whisking around our consciousness. It’s like we’re at a huge buffet and there are so many things to choose from that we don’t know what to pick. So we might take a little bite of each dish and try to eat it all, but they don’t all blend well in our stomachs.

There are so many different realities that are moving through our awareness just for a second year, a little word, a little sound in our voice, a brief glimmer on the side of our consciousness. All of these are happening within the One of the Now. And all of these I believe, I think, are possible realities. And, these possible realities are flirting with our mind because we are coming into the states of consciousness where we can inter-dimensionally travel.

Actually, these realities are flirting with our mind so that we will pay attention and listen to our own inner voices. My inner voice has always talked more than my outer voice. So the inner voice is what I mostly follow. I’m not talking about the inner voice in my human self that says, “oh you should and why didn’t you?” But I’m talking about the voice that I know is my higher self.

I can’t speak for others but my inner voice has been giving me orders. Actually it’s more like a choice than an order, but it has a sense of urgency in that order. I’ve always had a spirit being inside of me or my imagination, or both. I’ve always had this inner voice that was always talking to me. When I was young it was usually talking in terms of my past lives, which I have come to realize are actually parallel realities. And I would get elaborate pictures and stories which I have written in most of my books.

Of course I grew up in the 1950’s under the guidance of Dr. Spock who was going to whip all of America into shape. Of course what it created instead were the Hippies. I was a Hippie and I adored it. But I was a Hippie that was married and owned a house and had two children. But our house was a hub and we had many wonderful parties.

I loved the way that we thought then. For the women that I was as a Hippie was greatly changed from the lady that I was raised to be. The sixties and the seventies were incredibly wonderful and quite dangerous. But all of the Hippies were pulled together to create a safe place and to have a lot of fun.

But, back to the Now. Now, I am beginning to perceive higher and higher frequencies that are frequencies of reality that resonate to the higher fourth and into the fifth-dimension. Then they shift back down into the fourth-dimension, but all of this happens so fast that it’s difficult to consciously perceive them. Therefore, I consciously perceive them moving through my thoughts, flickering past my eyes and touching my body in a way that they’re touching my Aura instead of my physical body.

I also have this weird feeling that something has shifted, will shift, is shifting but I’m not quite sure what that is. Before I can even begin to understand what that thought or perception is, something shifts back. We are all in this process of great transmutation and everything is so fast that we can’t really perceive it with our third-dimensional brain.

Usually our higher perception enters our consciousness but our 3D brain can’t quite believe that it was real and that is why it’s so important that we work on expanding into higher states of consciousness. We have all had many lives in which we reveal our true self which we were punished and/or killed. So therefore we have this fourth-dimensional guardian that says – be careful, be careful. Remember back when this happened, remember back when that happened.

We have to break through that. We have to break through that unknown fear that stops us as we begin to move into this new virgin territory. It’s virgin to us but it is alive and been in existence first for reality begins in the higher frequencies and then steps down to the lower frequencies. But we’ve been on this lower frequency for so many incarnations that we feel like we’re going to someplace new instead of consciously recognizing that we are actually returning to the place from which we have originated.

Fortunately, there are many changes that are occurring in our fourth-dimensional consciousness, in our aura, in that interface between our third-dimensional life and our fifth-dimensional life. And these changes are working unconsciously with our brain to slowly adapt us to the higher frequencies of perception. When we are on the third-dimension we are literally trained to deny the perceptions of our higher self. If we saw our higher self or spoke to our higher self we would be seen to be crazy, or we would be psychotic or there would be something wrong with us.

That is old programming that protects us because of our other lives in which we came out as our self and the consequences were very dire. And these consequences left a scar within our consciousness and we need to move inside that scar and say, “it is all right now”. But we don’t’ really know that it’s all right because there is a threat of war here and a threat of war there.

However the cabal is beginning to diminish. It has lost, and they are being taken out to another reality, likely the lower fourth-dimension, where energy out instantly becomes energy back. For they were resonating to such a low frequency that they would put out an energy field and by the time it came back to them they did not realize that that was a consequence of their behavior. So they did not learn. It is not as if they are being punished because punishment is not a component of a fifth-dimensional reality.

But Earth was meant to be a free will planet. Earth was meant to be a planet of cause and effect so that we could learn to Ascend by learning that as we put our energy out, it comes back. Also, when we expand our consciousness, our energy comes back to us faster and faster, so then we learn quicker and quicker. And those of us who have awakened to our higher selves, when we put out a thought it manifests almost instantly.

If we put out a thought and place our emotions into that thought, then we create a thoughtform and that thoughtform comes into manifestation very quickly. That is why we have to be very careful about the thoughts that we couple with emotions. If we have a fearful thought, we need to Unconditionally Love and blaze it with the Violet Fire. Then replace that negative thought with a positive thought and connect that positive thought with Unconditional Love and with Violet Fire. In that manner, that positive thought will create a thoughtform of loving and safe transmutation.

What occurs as we continue this process is that we begin to consciously perceive the 3D matrix that is around us. The reason that we are beginning to perceive the 3D matrix is because we are beginning to see through it. We are beginning to see through the matrix to perceive glimpses of realities that are not constricted to the 3D matrix.

The 3D matrix is like an ornate energy filter. When we incarnate on Gaia’s third-dimensional matrix we are limited to perceptions of the third-dimension. When we go to sleep or when we meditate we expand our consciousness beyond the 3D matrix. Then we begin to remember our other realities in different time zones on Earth and/or higher dimensional expressions of self on the ship and on the higher dimensional worlds.

Unfortunately when we open our eyes and go back to business as usual, our 3D brain takes over and shuts out these higher perceptions. It shuts out these perceptions because the 3D brain tells us that we are in a physical body and the physical world is real. Anything that is not a part of the physical world is not real.

If we believe that, if we believe that ONLY the physical world is real and anything outside of the physical world is not real, we have been effectively indoctrinated to remain in the tight package of the 3D Matrix.

Many of us are beginning to log out of this matrix. When we were young we took that pill and we believed what we were told. We did what they told us to do because we wanted to be good people. But then there was our inner voice. Now, for a very long time we had to keep that inner voice secret because if we told anyone then it was too weird, it was too crazy, something was wrong with us and we would be judged.

So we did what society expected of us. Then we got so busy with our job and our work and our families that we turned our inner voice off. When we turned it off we began to feel so lonely. We did not know what we were lonely for. We did not know what we turned off, but we knew that something was missing. But, what was it? Oh Well, time to go back to work. Time to take care of the kids - time to, time to, time to…

Eventually, we learned that if we listened to this inner voice, things would begin to change in our lives. The inner voice kept telling us, and our body kept feeling, that something special is happening. Something that we really desire is coming into our reality. But, if we don’t listen to our inner voice, and we only listen to the outer voice, then that something in not perceivable. It is not perceivable because the outer voice says, “This is real. What you hear inside of yourself is not real. What you hear outside, what you hear on the television, what you hear from other people, that is real.”

We had to take the risk of listening, not to what frightened us, but listening to what felt good. We realized that what frightened us was outside of us, but what made us feel loved and loving, was inside of us. Now, there were also emotions inside of us, fear based emotions that muddied the soup so to speak.

These emotions made us wonder even more, “Could this be real? Could this thing that I feel inside of me possibly be real? Oh I hope it is. I hope it is real. I want it to be real more than anything. But, maybe I’m crazy. “ After all we were trained that listening to our inner voice was not real. So we had to go against our training, we had to realize that we needed to listen to our inner voice. Yes, first and foremost we had to listen to the inner voice because it was our own Multidimensional SELF.

Those of us that have awakened, those of us who have dared to listen to our inner voice and follow the instructions that we feel within are the “code breakers.” We are breaking the code of brainwashing about who we should be and what we should do. We are breaking the code of the third dimensional indoctrination. As we break this code, as we find our courage so we can live the courage.

Within that courage, we begin to remember who we truly are
and why we took this body.

Dear ones, we greet you in this time of new beginnings--springtime. Many of you are exhausted, having been inundated with the issues of winter weather and sigh with relief as you see more of the warming sun which is bringing with it powerful new energies. Be prepared to experience some shifting within as well as to observe it in the general awareness of the world which will be accompanied by some weather related issues.

A new and powerful consciousness is being born and as with all births is accompanied by some pain and difficulty, much of which is dependent upon a willingness or non-willingness to embrace change. Many are discovering themselves no longer able to blindly accept the political nonsense with its accompanying rules and regulations. The self serving and adolescent behavior of many so called "leaders" is helping to open the eyes of many. It is a time of awakening and the accumulated blinders so many have lived with and taken for granted, are coming off.

We wish to speak of truth, and its energy in the world. Concepts and beliefs about truth flow from and manifest through individual consciousness as well as being held in the impersonal universal consensus consciousness. Certain ideas held to be truth within the majority consciousness are more and more being rejected in personal consciousness. Every bit of Light you embrace then becomes a part of the general world consciousness and this diluting and enlightenment of world consciousness is what allows the uninterested and un-awakened masses to awaken.

Concepts and beliefs about truth reflect the belief system (state of consciousness) of the individual and easily change. TRUTH in its highest sense can never be be changed or limited and is infinitely governed and held in place by Divine law. We speak of course of spiritual truth, the only truth there is, which reflects One omnipresent , omnipotent, omniscient Consciousness and all that is embodied within it. This is the absolute and the only reality.

It is time to examine everything you hold to be truth, dear ones for much that passes as truth is simply some concept handed down from generation to generation. Most third dimensional ideas along with their particular rules and regulations, were learned at the feet of parents, religious leaders, governments, scientists, and experts, who simply parrot what they were taught. Many teachings hold no real truth at all, but simply represent current third dimensional thinking unless the teacher is somewhat spiritually evolved and even then, whatever is presented can rise no higher than the teacher's attained state of consciousness.

This is why you must learn to be taught from within. You are ready, and many of you are doing it, but question it and are confused because the world does not yet support this way of learning and living.

A good example of an intrenched concept that has passed from generation to generation and held as truth is prejudice--the belief that another is inferior because of skin color, eye shape, language, etc. Children are taught through the words, actions, and attitudes of adults that particular traits make some inferior.

Many of these beliefs have been carried forward in cellular memory from past lives and are now presenting and will continue to present in various forms until released and cleared. Some unable to move beyond intensely held beliefs will make a pre-birth choice for some necessary experience in order to spiritually grow, and so the pre-birth choice of a former slave owner may be to experience this lifetime as a black person. Someone who killed and tortured Native Americans in a quest for land in the settling of the US may find himself now living as a Native American, experiencing all the accompanying prejudice. The same is true for the gay community.

Not all choices to be born into a group that is prejudiced against are based in Karma. There are many evolved souls of great light who specifically choose situations in which they will experience prejudice in order to change the energy, to enlighten the world, and help those of the particular "group" to understand, love, and honor themselves. You know many of these Lightworkers as the leaders and healers within certain groups.

Karma is NOT PUNISHMENT but is the balancing of energy required when an individual is unable to move beyond some old outgrown state of consciousness held fast lifetime after lifetime. Karma often represents some past life action or interaction ready to be resolved and cleared . Karmic experiences represent a way of resolution for the un-awakened who are unable or unwilling to clear in higher ways. Many still need to learn this way, but karmic experiences are no longer necessary once an individual opens to truth for he is then able to being taught and learn through higher and much easier ways.

If you discover prejudice or even hatred toward certain groups or individuals surfacing within you, do not react and condemn yourselves, but rejoice for this means you are now evolved enough and ready to honestly examine and clear your belief system of this particular issue. Ask yourself; "In the light of One, what am I believing? Yes, I see discord and disharmony, but what is the truth?" This is how you identify any false beliefs you may still be unaware that you hold about anything, dear ones.

All serious students of truth are getting scrubbed clean at this powerful time, every seemingly small issue of the false is presenting itself to be examined and let go of--the spiritual leash is getting very, very short and many of you find that are not having much fun. Allow the process dear ones, for once cleared of all that is false, you will be able to move, live, and be in the higher frequencies of unconditional love and Light--Truth. Life will become what it was meant to be, and you will be free, never to fall back asleep.

Try not to question and argue the issues you intuitively know need to be let go, but simply accept that change is the process of evolution. You cannot carry with you into the higher frequencies of Light the dense and un-illumined energies you have grown used to no matter how fun, comfortable, or lucrative they might be. As always, there is free will choice which allows every soul to live the dream as long as desired.

Truth is, always has been, and always will be. Truth never changes, it is only un-illumined concepts of truth that change which is what is happening to universal awareness at this time. Begin to recognize the TRUTH behind "truth" and understand that your embracing and living out from TRUTH is the only way to enlightenment at which point you can then turn around and assist others to move into their enlightenment--you become Light Workers.

The energy of TRUTH is LOVE and within that Love is oneness, peace, joy, wholeness, and abundance in infinite form and variety. This is the reality. This is what you seek and this is what you are.
